Customer service at the pharmacy is really poor sometimes. There is a waiting room connected to the pharmacy, separated by a door about 5 steps away from the cash register. If you tell the pharmacy tech / cashier that you will be in that room waiting for your Rx, they dont bother to tell you when its ready. Theres a camera monitoring the room, so they can see that someone is waiting, in case they forget. Its a waste of any customers time to just hang out in that room (not doing other shopping) if their prescription is already filled. In the past, Ive spoken to a manager about this. On my most recent visit, I made sure to tell the tech that I would be in the waiting room next door, and asked if he could please let me know when it was ready. He tried to just dismiss me, saying, "Well, just come out and check in 15 minutes." I repeated my request, and the pharmacist said that they would do that. The tech grumbled about it and said, "Well, but if we get busy..." It takes literally about 15 seconds to pick up the phone and page a customer, or maybe 30 seconds to walk 5 steps, open the door that connects to the waiting room, and say "Hey lady, your prescription is ready." I honestly feel that it was a pretty simple request. The pharmacist paged me when the Rx was filled (thank you, maam !), and she didnt act like it was a terrible hardship or waste of her time to perform that 15- second act of common courtesy. The techs behavior and comments, on the other hand, seem to imply that it was a real burden to provide customer service.

Adalia daisy showed poor customer service.. I waited at customer service for 10 mintues waiting to be helped.. I had to stop andrew in the hallway & asked him was customer service open.. He said yeah and knocked on a door adalia was in & told Her that she had a customer... Adalia stayed in that office for another 10 min".. In that 10 minute wait an Asian man came back there he didnt greet just handled his business & walked off" Daisy didnt greet just handled her business and walked off. Aldalia finally came out of the customer service office looked at me &didnt greet & walked off she later came back & tried to help the pple behind me... I dont know if her behavior had to do with the color of my skin" but l dont know why she would do all that... But andrew stepped up & took care of me after almost an hour of waiting at customer service on 7/19/2017 at 1:pm

The staff here has always been helpful. Produce has been a fresh add Id expect from any grocery. They change the isles often, but I suppose that is standard for a grocery these days. El personal aquí siempre ha sido servicial. El producto ha sido fresco que esperaría de cualquier supermercado. Some people claim its most expensive place in town, but its not. Just have to watch what and how you buy, and they meet or beat the other chains on the bottom line. Its really all about quality and customer service. No grunt and point like at that "k" store, they will actually take you to find what your looking for. Team members seem proud of where they are at and what they are doing.

For the most part, nice people here. The prices though, are consistently 25 to 30% higher than other stores. If you happen to catch something on sale, or as part of their Affinity Club, then prices are pretty good. For everyday shopping though, you really want to find somewhere else if you dont want to spend way too much.

This Tom Thumb is okay but the layout is too disjointed for my taste. The floral department is stunning and the produce department is excellent. After that, I get kind of lost in the aisles. I typically go here for the pharmacy because its very affordable, but the pharmacy employees arent especially nice to me.

This is the only Tom Thumb I go to! No other store compares to this one! The produce is always fresh and delicious, and the meat department is always well stocked and fresh. This store is quiet, clean, and shelves are always stocked neatly. I enjoy grocery shopping when I come to this store!

This location has one of the best grocery floral sections Ive ever encountered. I recently tried their delivery service and was very impressed by the results. Love shopping here, but the added convenience of delivery is a big win for our family when we need it.

This is my favorite grocery store. They have a huge selection, an excellent florists, bakery, butcher, and pharmacy. I only wish it were closer to my house. I drive a little farther to get here.

I live near hear and its an easy walking distance it has great employees who lead you to what your looking for if you cant find the grocerys your looking for try the nearby Krogers.
