Theres nothing to like about this store! I went in there for the first time and its a dump! The guy at the deli was trying to tell me how I should get my lunch meat cut.. I like really thin lunch meat, not quite shaved, and tried to get me to go a little thicker and I told him I wanted it thin, thin and he was not happy about slicing it the way I wanted it and he was real slow about slicing it. Customers have the right to have their lunch meat sliced the way they want it and not how the deli person wants to slice it.. Stephen! And when I checked out at self serve, I didnt get a receipt! Sorry but Ill stick to the Kroger in Bedford!

Since remodeling this store is very nice. Had a good produce section and is much more spacious than the previous store at this location. However the staff there are rude, inconsiderate and have a general "I dont care attitude". Its sad actually cuz the store is very nice too bad when the store was remodeled they didnt hire new people. I will stick to the kroger up the road. At least the staff there are more pleasant.

This Kroger has decent selections and the people are USUALLY nice and helpful. The pharmacy is slow, rude, and unhelpful. Ive been trying to get my medicine for two days now to no avail. The window service they just installed is supposed to be a convenient, quick and easy thing. Only one lane was open and I was in that lane for close to 20 minutes. I ended up leaving without my pharmaceuticals for the third time.

There is really nothing "wrong" with this store, but I couldnt give it more than three stars because it is kind of small compared to many other Kroger Stores, and this often results in less choices and varieties available to choose from. The staff isnt rude, but friendly and helpful wouldnt be an appropriate description either. Prices are generally good though for the area, and I do most of my shopping here.

Additional self-service & cashiers have become an extra added plus for this old store. Recent renovation has also added to the ease of shopping here. Since most of the add ons has moved within the store, the aisles are larger & labled. Enhanced lighting adds to ease of food shopping. Next needed would be up - beat music. Most of the staff is new, and well trained, helpful & good looking too.

Didnt have a good variety of stuff just moved to the area and was surprised prices are very high nearly double to what i am use to in San Antonio. I bought the cheapest bread there was and it was awful stale and a bit hard. With those high prices i decided i would pay the extra money in gas to go to HEB 40 mins away and got a lot of great products, deals and amazing prices.

Decent, little disappointed that this Kroger store was made into a Signature store though an entrance is closing nightly by 8:30p. Why all the perks if you are not utilizing the store to ensure customer satisfaction. Should of left it as is less hassle, if business is not productive enough for the enhancements that were made someone didnt do thorough research.

Cant really complain about this establishment nothing wrong with it jusr seems a bit dated. edited and changed to 3 from 4 stars because multiple times items were expired. cheese purchased here was molded in the package very badly.partly or fault for not checking dates but multiple expired items is disheartening. mayonase was expired over a year

Great staff. Fresh deli, personal florist, bakery. The works. Its an older building but I have shopped here literally since I was a child with my mother. If you ever have a problem they will go OUT OF THEIR WAY to help make it right. Not as much can vlbe said for the seperatly owned bank there though.. 5 out of 5.

Very clean and organized! I dont have any trouble parking. Its also impressive that lines were not long at all. Im usually able to go in and out quick. The things I suggest is for store personnel to smile more often and for self cashiers. The cashier ladies were so serious on both times I have been there.

Ever since construction began, this place has gone down hill. Although they are expanding(which also attracts more people) the parking is a disaster, and they have less cashiers and altogether front of house employees. Service needs to improve here, I shouldnt feel like Im at Walmart when I come here

Good selections, fair prices, bakery is great, but the staff... The staff is EXCEPTIONAL. I have been coming here on and off for 3 years and everyone is rediculously kind and caring. I have had a couple times where I thought surely they cant do anything and they went above and beyond my expectations.

Theyve just started to expand in the summer of 2015. Before construction Id give it a 3. Now id give it a 4. The bathroom was always sad looking and sometimes had an odor. I just moved from Euless but f I visit again after they put in new bathrooms I will probably give a 5.

This place is definitely the neborhood store. They have everything you need at great prices, but most of all, they make you fell welcome. I have been coming here for over 10 years, and any problems I ever had were fixed in a polite, efficient manner. Thank you Kroger!

Good variety of items and prices are decent compared to other markets. The rewards program is a nice way to give something to customers. Just wish it was more constant with items at Krogers where I have seen certain items at a specific Kroger, but not at another.

I can quickly put in an address or just the name of a street or business in a particular city, and voila! Its fast and easy. Has helped me navigate through many unfamiliar areas. And its directed me right to my correct destination. A real life and timesaver!

The remodel made this Kroger a sight to see. Tons of different ready to eat choices in the bakery/deli as well as a nice selection of cheeses and beer. The bakery manager walked me all the way to the frozen foods to show me where my favorite bread was.

While the store is great, I am highly disappointed that my partner had to bag all our groceries while I juggled our child and my service dog. It left a poor taste in my mouth after what had otherwise been a rather good trip.

Every time I visit Kroger they never have know one to bag the groceries. I spend about 300 dollars a month. I think management should really look into this problem. You made it a superstore with no sack the groceries.

Its ok! Some of their registers need better training in many areas. Some with learning how to use the register and others with customer service. I go there because is at least clean and Kroger always has great sales.

I was almost hit in the parking lot by a man racing to get a disabled parking spot. I was almost run over by a could of rascals in the beverage aisle. And the regular checkouts were faster than the express lane.

Their prices werent that bad, however the selection and variation of merchandise here was not very good. As far as a corner grocery store goes this is a good choice, just not to get a complete shopping run done.
