Its REALLY nice. However, everything is stupidly expensive. This is why its not worth buying organic food. Youre paying $1-$2 more at regular grocery stores like Kroger when buying organic food. However, at Whole Foods, its $2-$3 more!!! Whole Foods is a stupid store. For one, this location has fruit thats just nasty with flies all over it. Thats what happens when things are organic. Youre more likely to get sick eating something organic than something that has a mild or small amount of preservatives. You have to weigh your options. Do you want to pay $1-$3 or more for organic food that doesnt last very long, BARELY improves your health at ALL compared to normal food with only a small amount or a mild amount of preservatives, and is actually more likely to make you sick by not lasting as long, along with being more likely to have an unhealthy amount of various bugs in them, or would you rather pay $1-$3 less for normal food thats barely less healthy at ALL, thatll last longer, is less likely to have bugs and/or parasites, and that is less likely to make you sick? Its your choice. Plus, you shouldnt eat something if it tastes nasty to you. For example, you could eat wheatgrass, kale, etc., but if you dont like it, you shouldnt choose to eat it. Theres TONS of healthy alternatives.

Staff is always friendly, and very helpful. We have some definite favorites, like the cookies, the guacamole and salad bars as reasons we keep coming back. We do like the sandwich bar quite a bit, all the choices can make for an amazing deli sandwich- although the panni-maker is a little iffy (tends to make the sandwich a bit soggy, and toasts unevenly.) My only criticism is that their cookies could be a bit better looked after. Our favorites are the black & whites, and its really hit or miss on those if theyre extremely stale or nice and fresh. It may be that they shouldnt put the black & whites in the case and keep them refrigerated, or maybe they over-load and leave them in there for days at a time. Either way, nothing worse than getting home with some fairly expensive cookies and bite into a rock when youre expecting a pillowy soft cookie. All in all- we genuinely appreciate having this practically in our back yard!

I was browsing the beauty section and they had some stuff for testers. One product I wanted to try was a green clay mask for the face. When I asked for a sample to be used at home, I was told that a sample couldnt be given. I think the lady was a little bit rude about it saying that a sample couldnt be given. Also, she didnt like my child touching the toys. Poor customer service. Its her job to straighten the aisles. And she should get use to kids playing and messing up the toy area. They are the consumers in that department. I actually didnt want to do any remaining shopping. Instead I made a second trip to sprouts market. Also, if whole foods keeps this up, the consumers will go elsewhere. Krogers in flowermound they on the other hand have good customer service, a play area for kids so you can shop in peace, and a health food section which is quite sizeable.

I wanted this to be a business I could frequent more often, but I always leave disappointed. Today it was the bakery lacking a box to fit a tall cake. The attendant used a short box, cocking the lid at a 45 degree angle. When I absentmindedly said, "Ah, it doesnt fit." She offered a sassy correction that it did fit and explained the lid is taped at an angle. The box clearly doesnt fit. I opened it at the counter to peek and noticed smashed decorative icing at the back of the cake. The icing matters little, but her rebuttal was too defensive. It would be trivial if it werent the last of several disappointing visits. Other visit highlights: dry cookies, expired products, excessively long check out times. I hope they turn things around because this location is very convenient even if not up to my expectations.

The Food Bar Buffett had a swarm of flies like a farm around animals. I submitted an email to Corporate last Friday & no response. Unbelievable! Alexis is Customer Friendly but Paul Dewitt surely wasnt when it came to customerer courtesy. He even extended his hand to shake but my discernment knew it wasnt sincere as he withheld how he could provide me customer satisfaction. I told him what he is allowed to do to make a great shopping experience. Then he admitted No was not a final answer to my request regarding the fly infested food bar. No one has called me either. Over Charging Food Intentionally & withholding info for customer satisfaction = richer owners only.

Encountered only 2 friendly associates. Very nice store but very expensive more so than Sprouts. Guy in coffee bar not friendly at all, the guy at sandwich counter was friendly enough if you count condescending as an acceptable quality, cashier was rude. However; a young lady in the cosmetic and oils section was very nice even when I dropped and broke a bottle of lavender oil. The best part was a guy in grocery section I think, he was working across from the deli, I really wish I had gotten his name. What ever his name is its because of him I give this store 3 stars instead of 2

Very wide variety of hard to find products. I especially like their collection of concentrated coffee. I personally just drink it straight instead of adding water. The Hawaiian brand being my favorite. Also that the fact they carry matcha tea is great. Huge selection of essential oils. Too pricey compared to online but they have testing bottles and that helps me with my perfumery hobby. Staff is nice, store is clean and has a good atmosphere. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the jacked up prices.

I love this WF market. Great place to have a coffee and read a book on the outdoor covered balcony, or meet a friend at the bar for a glass of (affordable!) wine. They have the big sports games on, but the volume isnt overpowering. The custom pizza is awesome! Other than that, its similar to any other (smaller) Whole Foods. Regarding other comments about the higher prices... yeah. Its not Walmart; you get what you pay for.

We went in for tea at the little side bar. The gal was less than friendly. The tea was almost out and she said she might have to make more for us to just let her know. She could see the tea containers from where she was standing and could clearly see that it needed more tea. We had to tilt the container forwards to get it to come out.

Love Whole Foods! Wish they were in my area and since theyre not we have to travel to other Whole Foods to shop there. I love Sprouts too, but they have more stuff than Sprouts. The only thing is they are pretty pricey. Great store though! If they opened in the Keller/North Fort Worth area they would make a fortune!

I called ahead to pick up a cut of pork and was told it would be ready and waiting for me. Drove 40 minutes to get there and when I showed up they didnt have it and the only guy at the meat counter said he "wasnt trained on how to use the meat slicer". So I left with nothing Pretty big waste of time.
