Its a small locally owned hardware store. Which I like in theory, but in practice, their customer service has always kind of sucked. The old men are generally condescending in that. Oh here honey, let me help you with thats way, and the old women come across as snippy and sour. Also they close relatively early, so they are mostly inconvenient for me. The other day I went into the True Value on Thompson Bridge at Chochran Rd, and they were AMAZING! Tots worth the extra driving for me. Of course, if its after like 6, Im still gonna end up at a big box rather I like it or not.
