I went there today to find a specific plumbing part. I asked one of the employees where to find it. He was stocking a shelf and barely looked up to tell me what aisle I could find it in. I went to find a bewildering assortment of plumbing parts. I left empty handed and went directly to Stadium Hardware where not only did they lead me to the part, showed me the best way to use it AND gave me TWO demonstrations. To be honest, sometimes Ive had pretty good service, but not always.

Ive been going to this store for more than 10 years. Usually the cashiers are professional and polite, but my last experience was terrible. The cashier was a young black girl and when it was my turn to check out she stared up at me and said "What." Thats right, her first words were "what." And when finished with the trasaction she turned away and slapped the reciept down. Not sure what the deal is with this store but Id be wary of going back.

we have been going to Ace Barnes since Noah wore a raincoat. This is our go to store for house and garden items based on a long history of success. the staff is cheerful, friendly and gives you space when you need it. fun place to browse for gifts for others. there is always someone there who has answers to home-need questions. too bad more stores are not like this one.

Forget The Home Depot, this place puts it to shame due to......employees are actually familiar with the parts and pieces, prices are equal if not less, and you are supporting a local business instead of a giant monopoly that is responsible for the closing of so many local hardwares.

Knowledgeable, friendly service! I was looking for a bench block, but couldnt remember the name. The nice clerk Googles it for me; found the term I was looking for, and looked to see if they had it. Unfortunately, they didnt; however, I felt helped!

I am always greeted and asked if I need assistance immediately upon entering. I was able to find the type of tree stand here last christmas that I had looked for at several other hardware stores to no avail. This is my go-to hardware store.

I always get my Benjamin Moore paint here. Good local store that has everything. Prices are competitive. The location on Stadium is a 5-star. This one is great, but 4.5 stars due to size.
