I went to this Ace store on a Saturday.Looking for spray cleaner, the cashier directed me to a numbered isle. Could not find the item and looked again for a while. There were at least five employees standing around doing nothing. I walked up to one who acted like I was bothering him. He said maybe a word and walked back to the isle and found the item.Second time I came to this store and given the cold treatment. I made same comment to cashier on the way out. I think management forgets that hardware is a people business too.

Staff is amazingly polite and highly attentive! Assosciate talked to me for over an hour helping me decide on buying a grill. He answered unending questions without a hint of frustration and was truly passionate about the products. I appreciate the service here and although Ace is not traditionally known for having the absolute lowest prices, I will be a long time customer due to the personal service and attention that they offer when I need it. Top notch, you would be a fool not to visit!

I needed something for my new grill to put on the handle because it got very hot. Ive never seen such a product anywhere, so I asked one of the employees at the store. He came up with a solution of pipe insulation and some velcro straps to hold it in place. Pure genius! It works great!

Awesome customer service. So much better than going to Lowex home depot. They entertained my son in the paint areaoso I could look at paint swatches for a couple more minutes without the meltdowns. Everyone was greeted, assisted, and spoken to in the store. Great staff!

Good people serving the public. So many items but they can help you find what you need if they carry it... Prices are close to the big boys hardware stores. Did I forget free popcorn.. Pray for our military and police because they are out protectors...
