I love shopping at Village Ace Hardware. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If they dont have it in the store (like the birdbath I wanted in the middle of winter), the staff is willing to hop on the computer and help you order it to be delivered to the store (no shipping cost). Whenever Im in the store multiple salespeople always check to make sure that Im finding what I need. The store and stock is neat and organized. I always receive great service, the prices are great and its an overall great store!

We went here to get parts to fix a bathtub leak. We figured it would take a big fix to get this taken care of (i.e. big bucks). However, a nice lady helped us purchase a small part to fix the total problem for a cost of $5.82, even though we had about $50 worth of parts in our hands ready to purchase to "fix the problem." She saved us not only a plumber cost, but unneeded parts cost. What a breath of fresh air!

I rented a carpet cleaner. They shamed me twice over it not being clean enough. Made me take it back home twice. I rent carpet cleaners often from other places have never had a problem. I will never go back. I was humiliated!!!
