I shop at this location frequently and after returning a few items I had a store credit card. While shopping I dropped it, and it was closing time. On a lark, I decided to call the store, and the phone system directed me to the Security on duty. I asked if I could leave a message for the Mgr, and the gentleman said that he could leave a note for me. When I told him about the card, he immediately said that he just found it on the floor and would have it with the service desk. I truly appreciate the honesty and the good folks who work at this location. Thank you.

Bad customer service Customer care people are bad at processing the online returns. They didnt even allow me to return(within 1 1/2 month), as they dont know how to process it..... Even I showed the shipping details, email confirmation and the product tag, they said its not in their system.I spen 25 mins there and went away without returning I was able to return this at state bridge location. There the lady makes a phone call and handled it within 5 mins.

They have anything you need, but if you cant find it in the store than its useless spending your whole afternoon searching for things. Luckily the staff here is always really friendly and always helpful, its always a pleasant experience

We had them install carpet in our home and the installers stole thousands of dollars worth of belongings from us. Including a MacBook. Do not use them!
