My husband and I went in this evening around 6:30 to get a quote and layout for our kitchen as we are about to remodel the entire room from floor to ceiling. The woman working in the department was extremely rude by telling us first we had to gut our kitchen before moving forward (ya we wont be gutting our kitchen before getting a quote) and then after that didnt scare us away she unwilling said we could get the process started but that she only has an hour left on her shift. We agreed to this and were understanding but then she was unable to log into any of the computers or so she said and then told us we would have to come back. We are very disappointed in this as we are looking to spend quite a bit of money. Also have loved Home Depot and have gone through them for all of our remodeling but that stops after tonight. Extremely disappointed.

Bought husky pass thru socket set (guaranteed forever), wrench broke, went to return and they say they dont carry it individually so they cant replace it, they cant get me one online sold individually either since they dont carry it. I was told "Maybe try calling husky directly, not sure if they can replace it". Home depot OWNS Husky!!! Should of just stuck with buying CRAFTSMAN tools.

The workers and managers at this home depot were extremely helpful and kind. Ive shopped at other home depots, and they act like they would rather not be bothered. I will continue to shop at this Home depot from here on out, and I live 45 minutes from this location. Thank you owosso home depot staff.

The employees run when I asked for help, I bought a vanity and wanted matching medicine cabinet that was on top shelf..young woman didnt want to get so was told its wrong one and she didnt want to get it for me..so she just walked away..

The Manager must be a retard 2 registers and 2 90 year old ladys running them. I think one lady might have died while I was waiting in line... And at the pro desk is some fat slob... he must be a pro slob!

Ive spent way too many date nights here. Its a Home Depot...but Ive never been disappointed with the knowledge level of the staff, which can happen at other retail locations.
