I am going thru a very horrible experience with the window blinds installation at my new home. OMG these guys are so slow its really killing to wait for them to finish the work. I have started dealing with them almost a month ago made the all payments they are supposed to install the same today so many visits and calls. I have cancelled all my appointments and waiting for them to come and I suddenly get a message from them that they are not doing today for some missing info, they still need some info after 1 month of dealing with them and they find it at the last minute!. When I make them a call no body takes the call and the guys who takes my call after dialing so many times doesnt know any thing and says he will get back with me later. They just dont have concern for the customers time. The guys who come for measurement or the sales people at the dept just dont understand any thing and dont know what they are doing. Dealing with this Home Depot is big ordeal and I dont know how long this will go on and how many days of my time I have to spend in my home without blinds.I dont know whom to complain and how to get this work completed !!!

This store seems like there arent enough employees to provide adequate customer service. There is typically one employee per department, and while Im sure there are many who would provide help, theyre just not able to since theyre typically with other customers. One standout is Phil in Plumbing. Ive been going to this store for years and though he moves departments frequently, I always try to track him down because I know hell provide the customer service Im looking for. He is a phenomenal help, is honest, trustworthy, and hes been there forever so he knows where everything is. Hes always willing to provide a helping hand. Hes honestly the only reason Im giving 3 stars instead of 1. I wish Home Depot had more employees like Phil. Itd make for a much more pleasant shopping experience.

BAD RENTAL EXPERIENCE: I returned an auger machine within 24 hours The rental rate overcharged me from $79.00 to $91.00, the agent, Dan, said it was their mistake, as he put it back to the wrong slot. As I checked it. Both labels were for the same exact machine, yet one of more expensive than the other. Dan also sneaked in the insurance charge, that he and I did talk about it as I rented it out that I did not need insurance. At this time, Dan said he did not recall the conversation. Bad enough, same experience I had at my last rental. I discussed it with the manager, Jim, and he did admit their system would always charged the insurance at return, it is up to the customer to find out and dispute that, even the customers have asked not to have it at check out.

This Home Depot has absolutely NO SALES PEOPLE IN THEIR DEPARTMENTS. We started off in lighting .. Had to search for someone for 10 minutes to ASK them if they can get someone in lighting. It took another five minutes for someone to come. We next went to carpet .. of course, theres no one working in carpet. Had to search again just to find someone to ASK to get someone in carpet. He tells us the guys on break. Oh ok, well wait another 30 minutes for them to come off break. This store stinks. We were there to buy carpet, a chandelier, and two pedestal sinks. I walked out with nothing and headed to Lowes. They should fire the manager and close their doors permanently.

I know Home Depots are hit and miss, but this one is consistently a miss. Getting an associate to lift a finger requires an act of God. Ive waited over 45 minutes to get an associate to help lift a vanity. Ive had 3 associates watch me load 2000lbs of stones on to a pallet one by one without offering a hand. Then it took over 30 minutes after paying for them to lift it into my truck, which was done with the skill of a seizure patient. If youre in the area, go to Tilly Mill instead, theyre at least usually competent.

Both the cashier and the guy in the plumbing section were very helpful and I found exactly what I needed. But I have to take off a star due to the atrocious condition of the PVC connectors, couplers, t-shirt, etc. So much wrong merchandise in the wrong boxes and a lot of bulk bags had been opened and dumped into the boxes for individually sold pieces. Since these dont have bar codes, they cant be sold piecemeal. I didnt find this out until I was at the checkout line.

I was second in-line at the paint dept. and after being told theyll need an additional 15 minutes 3 times I finally left the store (the poor guy working there needed help). During those 45 minutes I walked the isles and noticed that every single one of them had at least two items on the floor. The place is poorly run and has horrible service. After 20 years of being a customer you lost my business today.

This is my favorite Home Depot in the area. The people here nothing short of awesome. I had an issue with some cut chain that was defective and they returned it without question. I understand that they take a loss on that, but in hindsight, the thousands I spend there each year will cover the chain. Ill never go to another Home Depot.

Very Helpful. I was able to get a shower head that day. Thank you. At first the lady told me was on isle 26 but she didnt say where it was located. Then I asked another person and then he told me is in front of isle 27. Thanks for the help guys. Keep it up. I enjoy coming here. The Cashier girl was very friendly.

A horrible experience. We eventually canceled our order when after over 3 weeks the installer showed up with an unbound area rug and stair runner. The order was mishandled from day one. No service. No knowledge of what carpet would be best for our needs. Only order takers that mishandled our simple order.

I was looking for the heat packs that you use in the winter time. So my wife could use them after dialysis leaving her very cold. They didnt have any out of course its hot weather. But they looked and they didnt stop looking until they found them. Experience was very good.

Worst location Ive been to in 20 years. Every department associate has been either grossly inexperienced or didnt have the time to offer much more than an isle number. After 10 bad experiences in the past month, my loyalty to the company is finished.

I always shop at Home Depot but this location has some customer service issues. A number of times I asked questions and got nasty attitudes from the older ladies. Like they were bothered by me asking about a particular product.

No one could figure out the price of the stone and they didnt have any selection. I spent 25 minutes waiting for help and another 25 minutes waiting for them to figure out the price.
