Went in 2 weeks ago because I wanted to buy a new zero turn mower. I bought a walk behind zero turn there years ago. Picked the one I wanted and was told by the nice sales lady that they were having a big "Pro Sale" in a couple weeks. If I waited I could really save some money. Went in today during the "Pro Sale", nice sales lady was not there. After 10 minutes of standing around a black gentleman came up (didnt catch his name) asking if he could help. Told him the story, so here I am for the "Pro Sale" He asked what I wanted and he would check with the sales manager. I thought it strange they seemed to have morphed into a car dealership. A couple minutes go by and he returns saying they can take 50 bucks off. 50 bucks? Thats the big "Pro Sale" I waited 2 weeks for? A whopping 1% off? And for that you had to ask the manager? The salesman said "thats what he said". I told him to tell the sales manager that wasnt much of a sale. Thats when the attitude kicked in. The salesman just walked off and under his breath said "tell him yourself". Shocked....I walked up to the counter where he hid behind and asked him to have the sales manager come out. He waived his hand like someone saying..........Get the F outa here. I know Im far from their largest customer by my business and myself personally have spent at least $10,000 over the last ten years here...........now they wont get another 10 cents. In the sales managers defense he did come out and offered another 100 bucks off. I thanked him but told him its too late, Im never coming back. I seriously doubt they care if I do but oh well. End of Rant.

Ive had motorcycle keys cut here in the past with zero issues. Today I went to have some keys cut for my Yamaha R1. The lady who says she is the assistant manager permanently bent and flared the center of my stock key when she put it in the cutter. The only one that I have. When I showed her the stupid mistake she said well maybe we can grind those down and it will be OK. Im sorry, but maybe does not fly when it comes to the only key I have for that bike. Is maybe going to replace my ignition if its ruined? I was upset with her stupid mistake that caused damage to my property but I was much more up set that she did not seem to care at all that she might have made my vehicle inoperable. It does not matter much if the three dollar key I purchased from them works or not, but if my own personal key doesnt work now because she screwed it up I am unfortunately going to have to step foot back in her store.

Call to buy assembly kit for mower which is around 125$ . I wait on the phone for 30 mins to have a guy tell me its not a assembly kit which I know for fact it is I have ordered on there before so I say OK well I want all the parts numbers for the 6 parts I need. He hangs up the phone to put me back on hold and starts helping the instore people and tells me Im going to have to wait . After he was originally helping me at first he clearly didnt want to take the time to give me the parts numbers . to have your employees treat me like this is in acceptable and unprofessionalill be taking my companys business else where from.now on Dont go here to buy parts horrible service and clearly cant find the parts they advertise on( Thier site) . And would rather you buy each individual part and pay double the amount . No thank you. . Garbage.

Ive never rated a hardware store before but this store deserves to be recognized. This is my new Ace Hardware location!
