This store is close to home. I usually bike there, if I can. Many items are higher priced to comparable items at other stores, so I have to weigh convenience and closeness against price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Always checking if I need help. They keep in touch with each other via walkie talkies so they dont spend an inordinate amount of time looking for the employee who might have the answer or needs to help with things like the propane exchange.

Very misleading advertisements and coupons that are not honored by rude/flippant managers whose only resolution is that "I can call corporate for you in 3 days when they re-open" As a previous review states their prices are always higher than other similar stores. I suggest when in Chelsea to go to the Family farm and home which is a Michigan based company (Ace is out of IL) that seems to truly care about its customers.
