If they dont have it, they will get it for you - there is nothing more you could possible want from a merchant.

6 stars if I could! Amazing store with the nicest people. I popped a tire on a bike ride from Ann Arbor and they fixed it for me within minutes- saved my day! And whats more, despite my insistence, they were so humble to not accept any extra money for the time. Great find- definitely recommended!

These guys are the best! Went in with random parts for an ancient kitchen sink faucet and they helped us find everything we needed to fix it up without having to replace it. Lowes was no help with this. I will be going to Hackney from now on!

Any hardware store that also sells Mindo chocolates is a winner in my book. This place is very friendly and half the employees even have some idea what a tool is. Thats a pretty good ratio in todays world....
