Drove from 45 minutes out of my way to get 2 wheels for my tool box, I bought the tool box but it was missing 2 wheels. Drove up there and they told me NOPE they could not do anything for me that the tool box only comes with 2 wheels. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Oh but they could sell me 2 wheels!!!! On the phone it was Yes, it comes with 4 wheels, then I came in person and it was a NO believe has alot to do with the color of my skin. WEBSITE SHOWS 4 WHEELS why would a tool box cart only have 2 wheels

FANTASTIC PRICES & A WONDERFUL SELECTION OF TOOLS & DIY TYPE ITEMS. MY ONLY CAUTION WOULD BE TO CHECK YOUR ELECTRIC OR MECHANICAL ITEMS BEFORE YOU BUY. PRODUCTS MUST NOT BE RETESTED IF THEY ARE RETURNED. I HAD TO BRING BACK A COUPLE OF ITEMS THAT DID NOT WORK & COUULD TELL THEY WERE RETURNS. ONLY 2 TIMES IN 2 YEARS...NOT BAD. RETURN PROCESS WAS EASY.

Can be excellent value with sales and coupons. Always always backed up at the sales counter. A combination of the companys obsession with updating computer info for every transaction combined with the friendly staffs chitchat....pack a lunch
