We ordered a used brake caliper via eBay from Motorcycle Contact. It arrived filthy and with fluid pouring out of the packaging, but it was useable and not worth complaining about at the time. We were using this for a customers motorcycle and the customer decided against repairing it, so we initiated a return through eBay. A man named Russell called and told us we had to repay the free shipping, which is a reasonable request, but we had to pay more than the cost to ship. The amount was marginal, but still, its the principle. He then told us we had to send cash, which is against eBay policy. When he was called on trying to take advantage, he became rude, at which point, things did not go well. I encourage those reading this not to judge Motorcycle Contact on one employees preying practices, but rather steer clear of Russell and deal with someone else, either at Motorcycle Contact, or elsewhere.

I found Motorcycle Contact through eBay. I bought a replacement motor / transmission for a Ducati. The engine and tranny were fairly priced and the odometer / running motor were video taped. My purchase was everything it was supposed to be and my bike runs like a brand new machine. Russell was also very responsive and made every effort to see that I was satisfied with the transaction. They shipped the same day and my motor arrived without issue. I would happily recommend Motorcycle Contact to anyone with needs for motorcycles and motorcycle parts and components.

Contacted via ebay concerning questions I had about the product. Responses were incredibly unhelpful and rude, not to mention nearly unreadable due to numerous spelling and grammatical errors. Disgusting customer service. Clearly this business is operated by illiterate millennials with no concept of offering a pleasant buying experience. Im sure theyll have a hard time understanding what this review means, however, since it contains numerous words over two syllables.

If your looking for a great motorcycle dealership with quality used parts, and excellent customer service go to them!! They have very quick & friendly responses, hard to beat prices, and super fast shipping. I dont go to any other motorcycle dealerships since they moved to Cocoa. Thanks Motorcycle Contact, you really are a blessing for the motorcycle community!

Russ and crew at motorcycle contact were great! Huge inventory of motorcycle parts. I was looking for a project bike and let me tell you...they have it all! All of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I needed at a fair price. I would recommend Motocycle Contact to everyone in need of motorcycle parts and accessories.
