I am a brand new rider and I just purchased my first bike yesterday 3-14-08, I visited this store after having the bike delivered to my house. I was shopping for a helmet and jacket but I will be back for everything else I need. Customer service was great, i was helped very much by two different associates. I was measured and fitted for my helmet and picked out one they had to order and I did the same thing for my jacket. Service was top notch they went out of their way to show me anything I had a question about and prices are great, even cheaper than most sites online. They have a huge store with a very big selection of almost any cycle accessory. They earned a customer for life as far as i am concerned.

NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I always shop at cycle gear, because of the outstanding customer service, excellent prices, and variety of products! I bought coolant and did not have anyway to transport the remaining portion that i did not use. So i asked if i could leave it there and the plan was to come back and get it that day. I forgot, and came back over a month later only for the manager to had my half empty bottle of coolant! If thats not customer service i dont know what is. I will show my patronage for life!

Ive been a customer of this store for a few years now. I go back because they have everything I need in one location at prices that are consistently good. I just purchased a pair of Sedici winter gloves. They were on sale in the store but my size was out. They ordered them from another location at the sale price, then called me when they arrived a week later. Thats what they always do. They take the time to help me get the best product I need regardless of whether Im spending ten dollars or a hundred.

LOVE LOVE LOVE, Cycle Gear it is My Favorite Place in the World to Shop. I usually walk around in there for a Couple Hours, Looking, Shopping, Talking to the Employees or other Riders who come in. If you like Shopping at a Place where the Employees know their Products its Cycle Gear on Independence in Charlotte. Tom and Dakota are the BEST. They know there Stuff and they will Save you some Money anyway they can. They are Awesome the Store is AWESOME.

Good for basics and accessories. Also a decent selection of helmets, jackets, pants, and gloves. They have Bluetooth headsets and motocross stuff.. I wish that they had some trendy female motorcycle footwear, but nobody carries those and Cycle Gear does have basic protective boots. I bought some cool red reflective tape for my red motorcycles wheels, along with a couple of other tools and accessories. Good place to go for moto needs!

I was so happy that this location had so many options for smaller, female riders! I found the perfect Alpine Stars jacket and glove pair with much help from a fellow, lady rider who works there (rides a white Ninja). I did not get her name, but she was incredibly helpful and was willing to dig through boxes to help me find a well-fitting glove! This store offers exceptional customer service and a great selection of gear!

I never like to buy a helmet on-line. I was in town visiting my daughter in Charlotte. I was familiar with their catalog and knew of the variety products available. The Matthews location was outstanding!The staff was very helpful even though they became pretty busy. Very knowledgeable. I bought a helmet and a replacement screen. When I get to Charlotte in the future, I will make that location one of my stops.

Very knowledgeable and the staff directed me towards what I was looking for at the best price - not products that were at a higher price. Was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service received by Dakota. She assisted us in outfitted my son with gear for his new dirt bike today. Her knowledge and pleasant demeanor was a breathe of fresh air since we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into! It just doesnt get any better than that.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are always willing to help and honestly lead you in the right direction. They don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. AND they don’t bug you all the time asking if you need help. If you are in Cycle Gear, you have a general idea of what you want.
