Recently moved to Charlotte from up North. Was looking for a shop that could work on my 71 Norton. Found 2Topia on the web. Made an appointment to get the bike looked at as I just bought it a month before the move. Nortons are known to be quirky and you need to know what those quirks are - or youre going to get yourself in trouble when you tear them apart. In PA, I had a nationally known British bike shop look at it the day I bought it. I told them about numerous small issues and when I got it back they said "thats the way old Nortons are." NOT THE CASE with 2Topia. They took their time, worked from front to back and corrected everything I was worried about AND corrected several other issues they identified. I brought several parts with me that were web recommended. They told me "those are good but you should be using these instead". Then gave me a detailed explanation why. Not trying to sell me their stuff as the parts werent theirs. They also found several leaks I missed. Got the bike home and it drove like new. 1 kick and it was running, much better acceleration, clutch smooth and light and much better braking. Exactly what EVERYONE looks for in a bike shop. A company you can TRUST, mechanics who are knowledgeable and do great work. And arent afraid to tell you that you cant always trust what you read on the web. Another benefit of moving South. Finding 2Topia!

I own a Ducati 748 which I love dearly! I am very very picky about who works on my bikes, and have had a bad experience with another shop prior to finding 2Topia Cycles. I visited 2Topia prior to dropping my 748 off for service to check out the facility. The shop is absolutely awesome, more like a small European motorcycle "candy store!" Just walking in you get to see a few very cool bikes!!!! Nate and Bill are the real deal European bike lovers and treat you like a friend immediately. You can see the passion these guys have for the bikes and customers! We talked about the service I wanted, and scheduled a day to drop my 748 off. When I dropped the bike off we again discussed my needs and was told they would do a complete check up on the bikes to make sure everything was perfect and call me with information on a time frame and needs. Bill called me and said everything on my 748 checked out great and my parts were on order. When I arrived to pick my bike up it was fully detailed and ready to go! 2topia is not only THE place to go for European motorcycles, THE place to go for the highest attention to detail their prices are MUCH better than you will find in other shops! Please go check out this shop- you and your bike deserve it! I would give them 100 stars if I could! Im a customer for life!

2Topia got my 1975 Honda CB750 cafe racer in shape for riding after I purchased it earlier this year. It needed some pretty extensive work and they did such a good job. They communicated along the way what the road blocks were and the progress they were making. They encouraged me to come in and chat about what they were doing. I really liked this. I dont know really anything about bikes and they taught me the key things I needed to know and helped me get acclimated to the bike. They always had time for me when I needed them. They took a little longer than we all thought it was going to take, but it was all about waiting on parts and dealing with unexpected challenges with the bike. They always kept me in the loop about what was going on. These guys care about what they do and when they were finished I got back a bike that runs great and looks beautiful.

I wanted to give a big shout out to 2 Topia Cycles for the excellent work they did adding modifications to my 2011 Triumph Thunderbird Storm. Nate and Mike did a outstanding job adding Dave Platt catbypass and performance mufflers, they removed the airbox from bike(not a simple task) added a British customs battery mount kit which is required when removing airbox. Doing the above requires remapping the Furl Injection. Nate downloaded the perfect map for the bike and now the bike has about 14 more horsepower. The stock bike was fast before. Now it runs like a bat out of hell. When hitting 5K rpms the bike starts breathing and sounds like a racer. These guys are the best ! I had spoken to 2 other shops about doing this, 2 Topia was the only shop that was genuinely wanted to help me. These guys are awesome !

I have a 2000 Suzuki SV650 and this is by far the best motorcycle shop experience I have ever had. Not only did Nate and Bill fix what I needed them to fix, but they also took care of the small things like: fixed turn signals, gave me a new clutch lever since mine was broken, and adjusted everything on my bike. They also took care of me on the labor side as well. The guys that work there are very knowledgeable and down to earth. They are not out to get you at all. I highly recommend this shop to every motorcyclist in Charlotte and the surrounding areas!!! By the way, I am an experience rider, can fix a lot of things myself and also know if I am being told lies in order to increase their sales. So please, go to this shop with all of your motorcycle needs. . . You will not be disappointed!!

This place it perfect. Bill spent a lot of time with me on the phone prior to purchasing a Vespa with relatively high miles, checked it out prior to purchase, then did a thorough service and preventative maintenance since we did not have great service records on a 2006 Vespa LX150 with 23,000+ miles on it. They did it all for a very reasonable price, clearly enjoy what they do, and my bike is running perfectly after service. They even went above and beyond and offered to help with logistics since I needed inspection prior to registration, and did not yet have a motorcycle license. It felt like I was bringing my Vespa to friends at a quaint neighborhood shop, rather than unknown mechanics. Highly recommended. Do not hesistate to bring your motorcycle or scooter here!

Took my 2002 BMW K1200RS in for a leaking rear main seal that was dumping oil on the clutch causing it to slip. I received a quote from Nate and Bill that was roughly $500 to $700 less than the BMW Dealers that I had check with. So, I decided to have Nate repair the bike. The estimate was for total rebuild of the clutch assembly, replace the slave cylinder and the rear main seal. When I brought the bike in I already had a trip planned so time was of the essence. Im glad to say the bike was completed on-time and the cost was as quoted. The trip was about 450 miles and I had no trouble. These guys are GREAT and deserve a look if you need a repair!

Good motorcycle shops are hard to find. Great ones are nearly impossible to find. Then theres 2TopiaCycles which has got to be the greatest motorcycle repair shop in the enire world. Ive never felt so comfortable leaving my motorcycle with someone. These guys went above and beyond to get my bike running right and charged an extremely reasonable price! I cant recommend these guys enough. If youre in need of a fantastic and honest bike shop then 2TopiaCycles is the place to go.
