If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. I was promised an oil change and safety inspection before delivery, my bike was delivered to me without an oil change done, torn seats, seats were not bolted down properly, no mirrors, which by the way IT IS ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA TO DRIVE YOUR MOTORCYCLE WITHOUT MIRRORS... so my "safety inspection" was a joke. When I spoke with Marshall regarding these issues his response was "I will cut you a deal on some mirrors and we will get the oil change taken care of" (please keep in mind he is suggesting that I drive to him and put miles on my bike, drive from Summerville to Columbia, about a 2 hour drive, to correct a mistake on his part) when I expressed to him how upset this made me and that I should not have to pay for mirrors because its illegal to ride without mirrors and that should have been on the bike in the first place, and that I was on the verge of returning the bike because of how upset I was with this process, his response was "I really dont care what you do at this point, because I already got paid, so your just ruining your credit and that wont affect me". So let me get this straight, as a manager of your company you are telling a dissatisfied customer that you dont care about the promises you made to them, you are willing to leave them dissatisfied as long as you get paid? Wow, round of applause, great customer service Mr. Marshall! I will say that Brandon the owner did attempt to make things right, and told me if I came up there he would "take care of me" I still have yet to make if up there, due to my busy work schedule, my whole point is this should have been done before I received the bike, I shouldnt have to find time to go back up there for them to correct their mistakes. My last complaint, to the girls in the office. I called today because my paper tags were expired and still have not received my tags, come to find out they sent my tags to an address I never provided after I gave them my physical and mailing address. Of course I get upset because it seems its just issue after issue with these people, I get yelled at to stop cursing at them because I said "damn" and their response is "its not my job to go to the DMV and correct your address, you need to go to the DMV and correct it" No maam youre right, its not your job to correct my address with the DMV, BUT IT MOST CERTAINLY IS YOUR JOB to use the DAMN address that I provided to you. My suggestion, if you dont want to deal with a nightmare, rude and disrespectful people and poor customer service go somewhere else!

This place is AWEFUL. We made a phone call to set up to purchase tires for our motocycle because we were an hour away and were told to come on. We arrived and were still told that they would be able to put both tires on there with no problem. After waiting an hour and half, we inquired about why our bike had not been pulled to the back and we were told, "well check on that right now and get it back". We left to go eat, arrived back and our bike had not been moved. We inquired and they said that they could not put the tires on because they were out of time and the mechanic had to leave at 4:00 and it was 2:30 when we were told this. I went inside and asked what the deal was and that I needed a manager in which he never came out of the office. The first lady came to us and pulled us in an office and we discussed how she had mislead us the whole time and of course she tried to come up with every excuse about what she had told us prior but she had told us things herself that were not getting done. She immediately said, "well, let me go get the manager to speak with you" in which I had been asking for about 30 minutes to do so. We walked around outside and saw this lieing worker sitting outside outback smoking a cigarette at a picnic table with no intentions of getting a manager. We left very upset and called back to speak with the manager and after waiting on the phone for 15 minutes solid the manager or so he says gets on the phone and of course, makes all excuses and says that he does not care if I call the manager or the owner because he is the son-in-law and he will not lose his job. He went onto to tell me that it was just a "F" up situation. was is excact words and that he wasnt worried about me calling anybody on them. At the end of the conversation, his last words to me was, "well, we love you" and laughed. DO NOT EVER USE THIS PLACE - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVERYBODY WANTS TO DANCE AROUND THE TRUTH AND AVOID ANY QUESTIONS !!!!!!

Jinna and Ryan were very helpful with my purchase and worked with me on make this happen for me. I have way less than fair credit and I am leaving today with a bike. Thanks guys. Update, as I pulled out of the dealer I ran out of gas before I could make it to the gas station no more than a quarter a mile away. Also I arrived at 10:23 on a Saturday, and did not leave until 3 pm. It did take a while and organization on both my end and theirs could have been better. When trying to sell me the bike I had fast responses from Ryan, afterward it does take a while to get him to respond with answers to my questions and the phone calls that were supposed to be placed to me never happen. I bought my bike from them and before I made my purchase I noticed that the rear tire was a car tire, the oil needed changing, and the brake pads were low, front tire was good on one side but low on the other; I brought this up and was later told to sign a paper saying they owed me no improvements to the bike so now I am doing that myself. When in signing the numbers changed in what they told me, I was brought a breakdown and never really understood where the changes cane from but I tried to ask and kinda recieved a attitude that made me feel as if I was being ridiculed for my intelligence. Also last statement, the fuel was very low on the bike so I did not allow the bike to run in their lot too long, now that I am home I think the valves need adjusting in it desperately or at least that is what I am hoping it needs. At any time I could have said no I didnt want the bike and I am very happy with my purchase but next time I buy from capital city I will pay more attention. I will return if I do want to make another purchase. Their selection is amazing especially if you want a Harley. I was approached by every sales person there at least once seeing if I was being helped. Overall not a bad place.
