Went there to have a drive belt put on and only got f%#!$d out of my money. I took my moped to jade moon and was told after examination of the problem that I needed to replace the clutch and variation wheel. Short on cash I opted to just get the belt replaced. Once the work was finished I test drove it 1 block from the establishment and started hearing an unfamiliar whining sound. I took it back to jade moon and asked the guy what the sound was and he stated that it was my starter. Being ignorant to the world of mopeds I took his word for truth. But as I was heading home the brand new belt had popped. I had only ridden the moped for an est. 15 minutes. Once home i remove the belts outer cover to find a clamp that should be outside in between the gears and where the belt should be. I take it back and explain the situation only to be told "no refund and if you want it fixed you have to pay us again. After a little arguing I decide to find another shop. Just Scoot. I took it there and they told me there is nothing wrong with my moped it just needs a new belt. They took everything apart cleaned it up and Ive been riding ever since with no problem. And I didnt need to change the parts jade moon said was tearing up my belt.

AVOID this place like the plague. Terrible customer service and a dishonest owner (Greg). We took my daughters scooter (student at USC) for a repair. It took 4 days longer than they estimated and they charged twice as much as they said they were going to. The owner was completely unresponsive to my many phone calls and the store manager was unwilling to negotiate or compensate for majorly inconveniencing us. Their website reads "At Jade Moon, we understand that for many people, their moped is their only means of transportation. When your vehicle breaks down it is certainly a disruption of your daily routine and we all need to get back and forth to work or school and wherever else the road may take us. No one wants to figure out transportation for an extended period of time. We have same day service on most moped repairs so that you can get back into the saddle and ride on! Some exceptions including engine overhauls may take 2-3 business days. So sit back in our customer waiting room and relax while your vehicle is repaired on-site.Pick Up and Delivery" NONE OF THIS IS TRUE

Great customer service, very knowledgeable about all of their products. Truly care about the customer. Was more than happy to answer all my questions went out of his way to thoroughly explain to me what needed fixing and why and how to keep it maintained. Also spent the time to check out all aspects of my moped (not just the one thing I went in to get fixed) to make sure everything was in good shape. Did extra service without me asking and for no fee such as checking battery, flushing out bad gas, and put air in tires. Also, taught me some tricks to save me money. Really made sure that me, the customer, was satisfied and informed/ understood what he was doing. Great experience, great service. Fast, friendly and the parts and labor were much cheaper than other moped shops. Dont judge a book by its cover, just because the shop may not look as nice as some of the competitors shops, does not mean they dont offer services and products just as good because in this case they absolutely beat their competition!

These people are the biggest crooks I have ever dealt with. The owner is a lying jerk. I was charged, and WAY OVERCHARGED for services that were not even done. Got my moped back in worse shape than when I took it in. Nothing that was supposed to be done on 1st maintenance was done. Cheap original plug not replaced, mechanic cracked plastic body trying to beat it into place. Owner offered a t-shirt once he realized I was onto him. It makes a decent rag to clean oil grunge. Once they had my money---200.00 instead of 50.00.....they shut the door and ignored my questions, like why is a screw missing from my brake lever? Do yourself a huge favor and stay far far away from jade moon. I only wish there was a way to rate negative stars.

Went to look at a moped to just drive around town the manager Ricky was very helpful and informative. He gave me the run down and break down of the prices and how the total come to what they are! He informed me of the lay a way option and the benefits of starting one!! If you havent been there yet I suggest you give it a shot it has done a total turn around from the previous negative post I see!!! I purchased mine from here rather than Hawg scooter because of how helpful Ricky is!! Great job dude keep up the good work

Bring cash or pay $5.00 fee. I needed a part for an old mini bike and they had it on hand. They have new vehicles and I did see a couple used. In the building it appears they have the tools and equipment to service anything they sale. Ricky the manager is super nice, knowledgeable, has a very nice attitude, and was not pushy in any way. Discounts of any kind are NOT offered, but the manager is the only reason I choose to do business here. In time I believe Ricky will be able to make future ratings 5 stars.

Great customer service went in and got my children 4 wheelers serviced not only was the service fast but the manager Ricky also helped me by giving me advice about how to keep my children 4 wheelers clean and what type of gas to use. He also helped me with starting a lay a way for my oldest child. This business has did a complete 360 since it has been taken over by Ricky ad manager its cleaner more organized and he is very friendly and helpful

STAY VERY VERY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! The owner will try to rip you off with fees and other charges. What makes matters worse is even after forking over the money and wasting time there, your moped will not be fixed, unless you consider a bandaid as a fix. Will not compensate for horrible people skills or the fact they cant fix anything and expect you to pay for their incompetence!!!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!

I bought a 150 cc Motofino scooter from Jade Moon the people there have been nothing but professional towards me. I had a clutch go out 2 weeks after i bought my MotoFino the manager called up the owner and even though it was not covered under warranty the owner told the manager treat it as it was under warranty and i got the part for free so i am more than happy with Jade Moon and always have been.

Awful experience. Just wanted a carburetor cleaned, and was told that they couldnt get out one main parts that needed cleaning. Even though they couldnt clean it up, I was charged full price. Literally drug addicts at this place. Sure wish I wouldve listened to the reviews, I just figured they could clean a carburetor, NOT.

Dont do business with these damn people, the machanic is garbage, they are crooks. I urge you to stay away from this place. Your equipment will come back in worst condition then youve entrusted them with they can even properly affix the plastics after theyve done thier half ass job.
