I have been shopping at the Regal House for about 30 years now and have been more than happy with the customer service and furniture quality. I have recently purchased a recliner and it was delivered yesterday at a time to accommodate my needs. As for my motorized recliner, I spent a very comfortable evening watching TV! It is wonderful! I cannot thank you enough Deb and Tracy for all the time you spent with me in helping me choose the right chair for me. As always I am a very satisfied customer who will continue coming back to you for your expertise and experience in furnishings!! Thank you again!!

I would not recommend this store or business. I had a terrible experience with this company. This company charges the costumer the delivery fee with the purchase fee together. Other furniture stores charge the delivery fee separate so if the mover cannot get the furniture into the home they wont charge you the fee. This company will not refund you the delivery fee even if the mover cannot get the furniture into the costumers home.

My experiences with Regal House have been excellent. They are super to deal with. The quality of the furniture is very good. Ive only had one piece of furniture that I had a problem with. Regal House sent a representative out and they replaced the loveseat without any problems. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Every step of the transaction seemed misleading in some fashion. Delivery was 2 weeks late. The product quality was sub par. And the staff seemed dishonest upon trying to get a refund. I would never buy here again. I wish I could give this negative points. Avoid this seller.

I purchased a couch and a chair from Regal House some time ago. Due to some heavy use by my children a foot was broken. With a simple call to Regal House, they ordered the part and when it arrived, they sent someone down to fit it. Thank you Regal House.
