Absolutely amazing. We just bought a new bedroom set from Novainteriors, and had great experience from the minute we walked into the store. The person who was helping us was actually the owner of the store, his name is Vitali. He helped us to chose the right color and design that would fit our bedroom. He told us it would take about a week or so for delivery; the bedroom set was delivered 5 days after we placed the order. Vitali came to delivery as well to ensure that everything was done properly and we are satisfied with our purchase. We got the best quality bedroom set at a good price, and the Service is amazing. highly recommend this seller

Everything looks and seems great when you buy it, but beware of the service and quality. I bought a platform bed for $2,000, and the frame is a piece of junk and they do NOT stand behind their product...i was just told we needed to buy a better frame. This is after 3+ months of them telling me they were going to fix this... As others have said, it may be slightly lower prices, but its because there is a catch...or a problem... to get in touch with them, we need to call from different phone #s because they wont return calls after they have made the sale and taken your money!!!

We went to Nova Interiors in the hopes that we could find something different than the standard furniture stores in our area. We were so happy that we did. I explained to Vitaly that we just bought a house and needed furniture right away for our guest bedroom since my parents were visiting. He promised us that he could work within our time constraints and a few days later we had a beautiful bedroom set. Definitely would do business with them again. They have unique affordable furniture and aim to please !

Great Stuff - terrible service. We ordered a number of items and they gave us a delivery date, which was pushed out from 8 weeks to 16 weeks. Communication is very difficult, nobody calls back or takes messages. They do not responded to our emails or text messages either. I eventually canceled the order and bought from another store. I would stay well clear of Nova. It is a real pity as the modern furniture they have is good, but if you cant get it or cant talk to someone having good stuff does not help much.

Stay away from this place. Their prices were cheaper than other stores I went to, but there is a reason, at least from my experience. They delivered damaged merchandise to our condo, which he saw and promised to replace in 1-2 weeks. He ignored literally 12 months of calls, emails and in person requests to replace it. Vitaly was full of promises...and lied through his teeth...Stay away from this clown.

Nova interiors is the best place arond Boston area if you are on the market for the quality modern furniture. Me and my wife went to the store and were very happy with the variety of items they have on the floor and catalogs. Vitaly is a very proffessional person who knows the furniture he is selling . We have furnished entire appartment . Furniture looks good . Highly recommended. Thank You.

One of the worst services I have ever come across. The owner of the store does not return email, voice mail or any calls. Went in person and was assured that I would be provided a selection for the dining table we purchased within the hour. Two days later no word. Given some of the reviews and his total lack of interest in customers, wonder if this is a money laundering operation?

If you are looking for contemporary furniture, this is the place to go. I have a cat, you can imagine how hard is to deal with the hair everywhere. I was looking for a comfy sofa, which will give my living room a new look and keep it hair free. I got an amazing loveseat and red chair instead, LOVE IT. They delivered everything on the day I requested.

This the worst my buying experience Ive ever have. We ordered a bedroom and were told we could have it in just few days. Now, eight weeks later, we still dont have it!. Nobody answers the phone, nobody returns messages. We still dont have any idea when we can get this furniture. Dont even think to shop there!

We recently bought a contemporary bedroom set from this store and very satisfied with the service provided. Great selection of modern and contemporary furniture (mostly from catalogs), fast delivery. A mirror came slightly damaged, so they replaced it within a week! Would definitely recommend the store.

The furniture is stylish, modern, and a good price. Getting a hold of the company to sort out delivery was very difficult and delivery was 2 months late, but in the end we got everything we wanted.
