I order a baby crib 15 days ago for delivery and no one contact me yet i called the store thy said thy have it in the store but thy dont know when the delivery company will pick it up and delivery.. the crib was 500$ plus i paid 150 $ delivery charge for that verry busy delivery company .. i called the store thy put me in hold for long and i just hang up.. soory for going there..

I dont know how this place has held onto its title of number one place for a baby registry for so long. The prices are always higher here. This particular store is generally clean and will organized. The best part about this company is that you can order from online and then pick items up at the store an hour later. Dream shopping for the last minute min like me.

The store is well kept and bathrooms are kept clean as well. The mothers room is very helpful especially when you have little ones. The customer service is phenomenal. Everybody is so caring and attentive. The products are high quality, including the babies r us products.

The staff here is amazing. We walked in prepping for our first kid not knowing what we were doing, and one of the workers grabbed us and helped show us what we needed to get. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who needs to go to babies r us.
