From the first time we walked into Kims warm and inviting store, we knew we would be repeat customers. She is helpful, energetic and has amazing taste. Her products run the gamut from artisan jewelry and trinkets to wall art, reclaimed cabinets and environmentally-responsible sofas. For our first "investment" piece of furniture, we knew there was only one place we would go: Urban Elements. Kim worked with us for a while on finding the right shape and size that would fit our room and our budget. When we finally ordered the sofa, we knew she had secured us our dream piece (and with 0% financing for a year!). It arrived yesterday and is just as beautiful as we imagined. And the delivery service Kim uses is spectacular. They arrived ONE minute after the start of our delivery window! Regardless of what you are looking for in home decor, Urban Elements should be a stop on everyones list. We cannot recommend it enough! I wish I could give them six stars. Kims amazing, and so is her staff. Really interesting selection of pieces, at reasonable prices. They work hard to make sure you buy what you need, what fits, matches, etc, without overselling. And the service post-sale is simply excellent. The delivery team are great (to the point where I feel weve become friends - also, I may be buying too much furniture lately, if Ive become friends with the delivery team). Point is: I trust them, and will shop there over and over again. No more Jordans, etc. Urban Elements blows them out of the water. Highly, highly recommended.

Additionally the level of service you will receive is top notch from owner Kim to employee of the month Eve down to the delivery drivers everyone is an absolute delight. I just bought a beautiful couch from here and am certain that I will be buying more furnishings over time. Kim was so helpful and friendly all 6(!) times I stopped in before buying the couch. The price point is very reasonable for the quality that you are getting. If you dont want to make a big purchase, there are great smaller home decor items.The customer service is great and you can feel good about supporting a local retailer! I live in Cambridge but still think this is the best place around.

Many small purchases - our whole apartment is furnished with decor, art, book shelves, utility items... from Urban Elements. Kim has always been more than helpful, and if things are on order its never too long until an e-mail comes in saying its back in stock! Prices are great - often looked online afterward to find Urban Elements to be the same or better priced. Quality - everything purchased so far has held up extremely well. Always recommended - a definite happy repeat customer :-)

Love this store. They couldn’t be more helpful and have beautiful furniture. My daughter got a great table with four chairs for her apartment here. When one of the chairs was nicked, they let her take it to her Brookline apartment until the new one came in. Also, offered her a table to take home until the one she wanted came in! I was really impressed with the customer service, prices and helpfulness. I could sit in this store and dream all day!

Urban Elements is simply the best home decor store on the North Shore! I have made many purchases from Urban Elements since moving to Salem over a year ago ranging from Furniture to bathroom decor to living room accents. I highly recommend checking out this wonderful store and if you have time make sure to schedule yourself a massage at Sankofa Masssage located in the back of the store!

Urban Elements is my absolute favorite furniture store. I only wish I had found it sooner. We would have furnished our whole house with their furniture. Kim is amazing to work with. She is wonderful both personally and professionally, and she has such a great eye for decorating. Their pieces are beautiful, and their prices are good. Cant go wrong.
