I have brought a refrigerator from them less than a month ago , and the refrigerator stopped getting cold , the freezer stopped working because Ice building up which cause the air to stop flowing (getting cold) i have called , texted and even talked to them about coming to fix my refrigerator. The giy was nice and came out looked at it , said he be back in one day to fix it , ( its not like I live far , 1 block), that was ago week ago. Since than i have been getting the run around , he keep telling me in a hour or dont answer at all , my kids and i have been eating out for a week now . Im trying to stay a humble muslim women , but what am I to do when peolpe taking advantage of me. I will never buy from them ever again . ....I feel like if I was a man this problem would have been handled the next day , if not that day....But Allah knows best.

This place is a JOKE!! They are thieves, they sell junk & are extremely unprofessional. I have gotten 2 dryers (my original purchase & their so called replacement), but none of them worked for more then a few weeks. They will set up a repair appointment & never show up. If you call to follow up on why you have waited ALL day, they will tell you they are on their way & still NEVER show up. The boss acts like he is different people, so he does not have to take responsibility. I wish I was never referred dealt with this place,as now my calls are ignored (caller ID) & I have a broken dryer that I have to PAY to get repaired or purchase a new one myself. I dont advise this joke of a place to ANYONE.

Never again. I literally threw away 150 dollars on a fridge from these folks. Even after the first one was replaced, the replacement went bad a month later. Do you know what I had to go through to get the replacement? The runaround, "Im on my way" (no show) "10 minutes " (no show). I was late for work twice waiting on them and they still never showed.

Warning! Do not buy ANYTHING from this place. They sell junk! and the warranty is a joke! They will lie and give you the run around ! They should be closed down. Im going to find out how to get a lawsuit against them for everyone they burnt.

Bought my fridge from these guys one year ago the sales man was very polite so I went back bought a washer and electric dryer they work awesome wife loves it reference a couple of people there they said great service
