Nice people when u buy something But when I bought the extended 5 yr warranty and called them because the washer broke when it was less than 2 yrs old, I was told someone would call before they came to fix it I am still sitting in the home waiting for the call. I called back 3 times. I just want to know when they are coming to fix it. When I called the 4th time the salesman was not nice and said he had no control over it. So I had to do some more calls and still dont know. Beware of warranties. Doesnt mean anything

Albo Mount Holly Salesman Ken quoted a good price on the phone for a Maytag dishwasher, then when we arrived at the store he says he "misquoted". It was $200 higher!!! No other offer was made. No apology. The store manager also never apologized. This is a classic "bait and switch" that should be illegal. I will never purchase anything from ALBO in the future. The folks at ABC in Medford were much nicer and they matched Albos price.

I made a purchase at this store 8 years ago. I purchased a gas dryer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. I was happy with the service. We had trouble with water coming in the dish washer. But they fixed it right away. Yesterday they delivered the new dryer. I am happy with the service and with the price. Much lower than Sears and Lowes. I will definitely return to this store in the future. Very reliable.

No communication between Albo and installer. Albo will say they can deliver your new appliance on a certain day, but they dont tell the installer so youll get your appliance on a later date! Prices on website lower than the store price. Incompetent sales person.
