Purchase only if you like to GAMBLE! The reason for the negative review is because of this businesses policy of no returns or exchanges. I purchased a refrigerator because mine stopped working, I didnt have cash for a new one and did not want to purchase on credit. Although they will try to fix a problem, if it cant be fixed you are out of luck. Spending almost $1000 on a appliance would be considered a good price only if it works correctly, and a lot to lose if it doesnt. Next time I need a appliance I will look for a business that offers money back if it isnt fixed or I am not satisfied. It was my fault not researching this before I bought it. Hopefully others will.

Wow what a great place thank God I did not listen tie the review i went everywhere searching for appliances and they wanted to much money into I saw this place Hone appliances they have everything here new scratch and dent and also used and refurbish just lime sears outlet but ten time cheaper. The staff was great and they deliver and install everything for me check this place out you wont t be disappointed. Very happy

best store ever i read the bad review but I think they gave me a great deal and they were upfront on everything this store is just like sears outlet but better deal and service on new scratch dent. The employees were great. I have been buying from here for years and they treat there customer like family. I would recommend this place to everyone. thank you for your great help on saving me money.

BUYER BEWARE!!! SCAM ARTISTS! They refurbish and slap band aids on already busted appliances. I lost $900 on a ken more elite fridge. The service technician said they had tampered with and already broken sealed system in the fridge. So Im $900 out of luck. These scumbags rip off hard working people. STAY AWAY!!! Pay extra for a warranty at a reputable store.

WORST STORE EVER! I WOULDNT SUGGEST ANYONE BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DUMP! I BOUGHT 2 "NEW" A/C UNITS AND NIETHER ONE WORKED. THEY DONT REFUND MY MONEY AND I HAD TO GO THROUGH HELL AND BACK TO GET A WORKING A/C UNIT.
