We purchased the Samsung SuperSpeed PowerFoam Steam VRTplus Washer and matching VentSensor Steam MoistureSensor Dryer from Appliance & TV Discounters on Allegheney Ave, Philadelphia and they were delivered in January 2015. The very personable and strong delivery guys stacked the front loaders in our new laundry room on the second floor. The appliances work great and are especially good at steaming and finishing clothes, in the last few minutes before you wear them. Our only complaint is that when the units are stacked, the washer door is very low, so we basically needed to stand on our heads to get the clothes out of the washer. After having these great appliances for six months, we decided to call the store to see if we could have the appliances “un-stacked” and placed on pedestals. Our sales guy was able to understand what we needed and complete the transaction for us, over the phone. Within a week, the delivery guys were able to un-stack and place the washer and dryer on the new pedestals, with NO damage to ANYTHING, which is quite miraculous as the new laundry area is tight and the washer is heavy. The appliances have been on the pedestals for about a week and several loads of laundry. The bottom line is this company is very good at what they do. They have a small business, caring flare about them, yet the prices and availability they offer are very competitive. We think they are excellent and appreciate doing business with them very much.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Appliance and TV Discounters was the first store I went into during my process of purchasing a new kitchen. I was greeted and helped with such excellent customer service! They put a high end kitchen package together to fit my needs and specific dimensions for a very inexpensive price! Everything was delivered, installed, and removed in such a professional manner the very next day! Needless to say, they stay true to their slogan, "Dont buy anything till you check our prices", because my shopping experience was painless and I didnt have to shop anywhere else! With such superb customer service, excellent prices, along with quick and professional delivery, they have my business forever as well as anyone and everyone I can share my experience with! Great experience. Went to 3 other stores because of their adv. All 3 had poor service or product knowledge and 2 of the 3 either told me it was out of stock/not available, or would take weeks to get.which was telling me they didnt want to sell the advertised items to me. Obviously bait and switch. When I went to this store they took the time to explain things and I ended up with a better deal then what I was originally shopping for. A few minor issues were handled honestly & upfront which told me that this is where I want to buy stuff. Highly recommend and will buy there again.

Very difficult to work with when purchasing from them online. Trying to return an unused product has turned into a month long ordeal - and still no refund. A discounted price is not worth the headache - I strongly recommend staying away! They say that they go the extra mile to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied....Im not buying it!

This store has excellent service and great prices! Beat Best Buys prices by far and had a great selection of TVs and other appliances. The people at the store were friendly, and the store is conveniently located right off of I-95. Will definitely shop here in the future.
