Mr. Venuto knowing that you are the owner of store I would expect better from you. Your claim that you purchased and paid for 6 ranges and made 6 deliveries to me are not really accurate. Let’s be truthful, you will return each of them at no expense to you to GE and as far as the delivery I paid for that as part of the original $4700.00 price tag. While I appreciate your apology it does not change the fact that I still have to be inconvenienced shopping for the stove elsewhere. As a person who use to be in sales I can understand a product being damaged. I cannot accept sales people telling me it is not their problem it is GE’s problem. That is incorrect, I was your customer and you sold me GE as the best. When I was in sales and something like this occurred I would have had the sales rep from that company on the phone making sure it was handled. Your store and your sales people did not step up. Will not shop here again!! My first kitchen appliances I purchased from them were great as well as the service so when it came time to replace them it was the first and only place we went. Big mistake...paid top price for the GE kitchen package. The stove came in damaged. It happens...but so did the next 5 for a total of 6. I lost time from work which equals money plus the stress. Was told they would check the stoves prior to delivering, that happened once. When I finally said enough I was basically told oh well its not our fault its GEs, return it which is what I did. You can tell the sales people do not work on commission. They did not care, didnt try to satisfy me as a customer. Clearly they charge premium $$ for dent and scratch items...the delivery person told me I now have the record the old one was three. STAY AWAY!!

I needed a new wall oven and had a hard to find, particular model in mind. I price shopped as far as Maryland for this unusual side door opening Frigidaire. Then, I saw Appliances Plus website and cold called the store. Their salesman, Sean, was amazing! He wasnt familiar with the model, but did some quick research and not only quoted me a price that was $75.00 lower than the lowest advertised price I had seen, but he said he could deliver it to my Mays Landing home the next day at no additional charge. The delivery men were excellent also. They arrived on time and were respectful of my home as they carefully brought this huge box through the house, even unpacking the oven to let me check for damage. Then they offered to remove my old oven although I was arranging my own installation. I am very impressed with this company and will be recommending them to family and friends. Excellent customer service and price.

This store has so much to offer! Price range is vast and the options are endless. The sales men are great. One in particular is Chuck. He REALLY knows the products and answered all the questions I had while trying to pick out an appliance. Actually, he is the best sales person that I have had experience with in a very long time. He cares and wants you to be satisfied. I send all my family and friends there . Ill be returning.

We could not be happier with Appliance Plus when purchasing our appliances for our new home. We had some issues with finding the right size refrigerator due to the space allotted, and Chris was a great help. The whole process from beginning to end was flawless. The delivery guys were also wonderful. Highly recommend Appliance Plus over the big box stores. The prices are great and the service cannot be beat.

A couple of friends told me about this place and I am so glad. The salesman was friendly and not pushy or uncomfortable at all. 3.5% sales tax, no delivery charge, with deals and discounts on most everything. How did I miss this place? Ill never go anywhere else for appliances. I cant afford to...lol.

Staff is very friendly!! Not pushy or in your face and right there to answer any question you may have. They sold me a part to fix my oven when I thought I needed a whole new stove saving me a lot of money. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!
