We have gotten every one of our appliances here for the past 15 years. Not only are these guys and gal always helpful, but the one time we had an issue, the response was thoughtful and resolved immediately. Dont even consider buying from a major store where the sales people have NO experience or understanding of the products they schlep. Buy from good knowledgeable people who listen and help get you what you want.

This was my second call, after Sears told me it would be a week before they could come. I didnt hear back so I called another place. Meanwhile someone showed up at my door saying they had tried to call but didnt get through, and they were in the area! It was a pleasant surprise, and he fixed my fridge in less than half an hour and charged no labor charge! Very friendly and helpful. Thanks!

I needed a repair man for my dryer. I was told they didnt want to take my call because I had tried to fix it myself trying to save some money. Must be nice to turn down business have used them before but will never use them again.
