I had a problem with a fridge I bought from sears. I called the sears parts center to ask them a simple question. The guy on the phone told me that he is not allowed to answer any tech questions and I have to call service. I found woodbury appliance on google and called. I asked the same question to thier staff and recieved an answer and then the person on the phone told me to check two other things to make sure I had the right part. He spent 10 minutes on the phone with me, helping me! WOW!! I ordered the part and it was available the next day! The part was 60% cheaper than sears and I told him that. When I went to pick it up he said he made a mistake and it was $10 cheaper than he told me. So the part that was $112 at sears was $38 through Woodbury appliance. I am satisfied and will be going there again today. My dishwasher broke! They get 10 stars out of 5 and I will buy all my appliances there from now on.
