*****WARNING ***** I swear to goodness. These people are the worst. I really dont even know where to begin. Lets just say the refrigerator I purchased from them about a year ago has broken down on me a total of six times. Im now waiting on them at this very moment for a replacement. Remind you Ive been waiting for 3 days now. If I could give 0 stars I really would... Please take my advice, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!!! They sale crappy appliances and expect you to deal with it. Just imagine the amount of food I had to replace because of this. **** update**** Thursday March 30, 2017**** A week from the prior post already written. Im still waiting for my replacement refrigerator to be delivered. Everyday except for Sunday I have called... 7 days in total without a refrigerator. They have told me everyday its coming... they are waiting for the delivery guys to come back... they are waiting for the owner... Its in the store they would be arriving at this time... Its not in the store they have to go to the warehouse and get it etc. As of right now Im still waiting for a delivery that was supposed to arrive at my door steps at 4:30pm today... it is now 5:44 pm... I called at 4:15 was told they are waiting on a Mr. Robinson to come back to the store and once he comes back he would call me to let me know what time he would be out to me. I said they already told me this morning when I called it would be here 4:30pm today. The guy on the phone said Mr. Robinson is the owner and he is out on delivery right now. He will call me once he gets back... This is the most fu**ed up experience Ive ever had when dealing with any kind of appliance company in my life... 7 days with no refrigerator... Ive missed hours at work and hours at school waiting on them. And lets not even mention the amount of money Ive spent on take out to feed my family. I just want my refrigerator so i can go food shopping and move on. Please take my advice.... ****DO NOT GO THERE!!!!****

This is THE most unprofessional business Ive ever dealt with. They wouldnt take credit cards for large ticket items,and when asked why ... they said their machine was "in and out". I asked for a delivery time and they said theyd call me. They NEVER called me but then just showed up a few hours later at the curb without any notice. Most disturbing was how horribly the delivery people behaved in my home. The were rude to me, and one made a "joke" about coming back and shooting my dog! 2 days later they left a nasty and profane note on my door saying I owed them more money. My experience with this company was outright frightening and they should be closed down. The worst is that even though theres a 90 day warranty on my appliances I can never use it. Ill have to pay another service if anything happens because I never want these horrible people near my house again. I wish truly I had gone someplace else. Please save yourself the trouble and dont go near this company.

At 1st I thought I was ripped off because prior to buying I was nervous because his reviews were the worst. I even explained to him that I work very hard for my money I cant buy A broke refrigerator. He told me that they come with a three month warranty and if anything should go wrong come right away and hell fix it. Two weeks of having it the fan blew and it wasnt working. I went to him and he told me someone will be there shortly to fix it. And thats exactly what happened. Guy came go fix very professional. Its working fine no issues at all and its so cute I purchased an stainless stele. Im very happy they were able to resolve my issue in a timely manner. Thank you.

They should get zero stars I brought a $250 fridge that is worse than the one I was replacing! I told the man that his reviews were horrible but he had the only decent looking fridge I could afford! He assured me he has many customers that were satisfied that dont use reviews. I just wanted the fridge really bad !! So sorry I didnt wait smh. They NEVER show up when they say they are. Im afraid if I go down there Im going to go to jail so just decided to save and get a real one. Dont do it !!!! Go to rent a center or Aarons until you can buy a good one.

Booked appointment for repair on Fri at 10AM said theyd be out same day to fix our washer. 4PM tech called and said he was delayed on last job in South Philly but we would be next stop. 8PM we called him back with caller ID#. Said he would be ther first stop on Sat between 8:30-9AM. At 12:30 we called main office and were told that it was too far and none of their techs would come to Bucks County. Why string us along for 2 days - just be honest from initial call. Or was race an issue - you be the judge!

Bought an electric stove, the guy was using it to lay other tools on so it was kinda dirty, looked like they let some cleaner dry over night so all it needed was a wipe down. The guy suggested it for a far price, even told me not to worry about the mess hell have it all cleaned up. The delivery guys took the old stove, Set up the new one. Nice and clean on the outside but soon as I opened the oven, all that dried cleaner was untouched. Just make sure when or if you buy, check before the guys leave.

These MFS sold me washer and dryer back on 8/8/15 . They dryer still works but the washing machine stop working 2 weeks later. They sold me a faulty washer. I have called numerous times and have been told they would pick it up. Instead they lie about calling back and solving the problem. I will never buy from this place again. I will definitely not refer anyone to do business with them. I am tempted to take him to small claims court.

Do NOT buy from here. Bought washer and dryer over a month ago and still cant use it bc they keep dodging my calls and lying to me about the repairman fixing what is wrong with it. Ive been calling multiple times a week and no one has come out, even after being told they will.

Bad customer service, very unprofessional bought item with missing parts and went to store for assistance, got run around for a month.. Will never do business with again..I guarantee speedy service when I have visa reverse out the credit card charges though....

The worst place I have ever done business with. Robinson has the right name, because he will surely "ROB" you. He sold my elderly mom a junk refrigerator and charged her twice for repair. I will never forgive him.
