Amazing. AMAZING. By far the best employees and service of any home-improvement store in the area (and store in general, for that matter). Cannot say enough wonderful things - they turned a potential nightmare of a situation into a positive, and we left smiling! We started off with one employee assisting us, and by the end we had a whole team of employees helping to make sure everything got resolved. We were on a first-name basis with all of them by the time we left! So Frank, Sonia, Paul and Kelly - my sincerest thanks for all of your assistance with the purchase of our mower! You are a shining example of what customer service is all about. We cant wait to get back there to shop for our new house and our lawncare business. We will be making good use of that Home Depot credit card (especially after everything we went through to get it! Grrrrr Citibank!) But luckily while we were waiting for the card issue to be sorted out, we got to pick everyones brain about everything from asbestos flooring to wood paneling to wolf spiders. And they are all a wealth of knowledge. I am so thrilled that this is our neighborhood Home Depot; we will be regular fixtures at this location!

Well went looking for clamps ask man to help me he would not go down isle I had to could not find them asked him for help he just looked at me I asked him if maybe they were in garden area he said I work in garden area I never saw them in there I asked him if he could look somewhere he just walked away to go I dont know where he was very rude an I was angry so I left got to my car called to speak to manager was put on hold for 8 minutes the girl asked me what I wanted I told her to speak with manager she ask me who I was then why I wanted manager not that its any of her business but I told her I was calling to make a complaint she then put me on hold for 15 minutes I heard someone pick up then they hung up on me well I will be fileing a complaint to district office their behavior is unacceptable so I went to Lowes an was treated so very wonderful I will never use home Depot again I am a Lowes shopper now

Went to the store today trying to get a price match or better deal on appliances, mentioning spending approx. another 40k to finish the house. Their price match policy is bunch of bs, I came there with a receipt from best buy thinking theyll beat the price since Ill be spending another 40k on material within the next 6 months. Home Depots price was $2000+ higher then best buy, I even asked for a store manager if hed be willing to do something about the price but the sale associate assure me its a waste of probably her time and store manager wont change or even match the price. Well, thank you very much Home Depot, no wonder your parking lot is always empty. They were kissing my feet at lowes by rt. 33. At least someone knows how to appreciate customer whos willing to spend money. IF you want to save your money dont go to this store. Remember, paying retail price is for schmucks!!!!!!

Pat, in kitchens was a great help to us today...explained alot about a "vessel sink" we purchased someplace else...and then gave us very creative ideas for the hardware as well as the vanity ideas...we really got to thinking outside the box...Love her creativity, her spirit, her ability to explain stuff to me and my husband...she is a wonderful wealth of knowledge and fun in the kitchen/counter dept. thanks so much Pat
