I ordered a dishwasher and a double wall oven from Sears. Cost me over $3,000 with installation, etc. They set up an installation date and I made sure to be home. Installation day came and the installers were even close to on time. But they said they couldnt install the oven because they didnt bring the right tools. [huh?] And they couldnt install the dishwasher because the wiring was wrong. At least that is what they told me! So I had the electrician come out - the wiring is fine. I called to schedule a 2nd installation and guess what the installers had told their dispatcher? That they couldnt install it because my floor was too dirty! [For the record, my floor had been scrubbed 2 days before, but what the hell kind of excuse is that?] So they set up a 2nd installation and I specifically asked for a different crew. Once again I arranged my schedule so I would be home. That was supposed to be today at 10:00 AM. At Noon I get a call from the dispatcher - Sears doesnt know where my appliances are. They are somewhere in the warehouse and they are TOO BUSY to look for them. I called and complained [and screamed a bit, too, I was really angry] and they said that they would find my appliances and have them installed by the end of the day. Guess what - it is 5:37 PM and I have no appliances. So I called to cancel my order only to be told that THEY COULDNT DO THAT. WTF? They wanted me to schedule yet another installation. Oh, and they would send me a $50 gift card for my trouble. I just got off the phone with a manager. My dishwasher is in the warehouse, but for some reason they sent my double oven [new in-box] to their discount center. Oh, I can in fact cancel my order, but he gave me a $600 discount on the sale and promised installation on Monday. I know that I couldnt get another company to install it that soon [I cant even go shopping until Friday because I have so many doctors appointments], so I agreed. I think I made a mistake. [Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me; but fool me three times?! I must be insane.] And the real kicker? The manager I spoke to said hed had the same problem [lost appliances] several times just today! It was an on going problem. In fact, he couldnt call me until after 5:00 PM because he had been dealing with the same problem with other customers all day!

absolutely worst service. I grew up with sears, but I avoid the purchasing of large items. If you have any issues after your purchase forget it. I bought a lawn mower , craftsman used it 8 times it broke took it back they.sent out for repair for 4 weeks. I had to pay someone to cut my grass because of their faulty machine. Was called to store only to find out it wasnt there. only after I got to the store mgr. good luck with that did he give me a new one. I was still out 150 for grass cutting not including the trips to the store time and gas. I had them come for Hvac tried to sell me a system too big for my house. Thankfully the installer caught it and told us about it. I went else where and spent thousands less and was educated on systems rather than sold the most profitable one. I bought a basic refrig. it was delivered and after they left we discovered a cover for the vent was missing. called customer service ( a joke) who offered me a 50 dollar gift card rather then get me the part. i had to ask for the office of the president no real complaint dept. exists they simply dont care. I got my part 2 weeks later. All this happen in last 5 months after I spent 10k in appliances and a bed. I am a customer other companies cherish but not this one. take my advice RUN.

This is a complaint against Sears and standing behind there products . I bought a lawn tractor for $1.600.00 and have had problems with it since day one . It keeps eating up drive belts and Sears just said to keep buying belts and get over it . I just got off the phone with a customer support Mgr. ( Trinity ) who said it is out of warranty and to bad . He was a snark and smug little brat who just did not give a Dam ! This is Sears Mgmt. and there level of customer support toward there customers . My advice is DONT by a SEARS lawn tractor they do not stand behind there products !

Its Sears. Everyone knows theyre failing, but its not for lack of trying. They do still have some quality products backed by lifetime guarantees. I recently purchased some items online for in store pickup. I noticed that they offer to the car delivery. If you use the Sears app or call the number displayed when you are parked at the appropriate lane at one of their entrances (second level mall entrance north of the mall Food Court entrance) you can get your order delivered right to your car and be out of the mall property in minutes without having to step inside the mall.

Brought car in for what I thought was a tire noise from recently purchased tires. Matt drove the car and said that the noise was a problem with the car. Took the car to the dealer and they confirmed a bad hub bearing. Thanks to Sears auto for diagnosing the problem.

Went here to get new tires and get an alignment. The service tech was quick and the manager Matt was very nice and explained the whole process. I will come here for all my future car needs!
