The worst appliance store I have EVER Been in! The owner knows NOTHING about customer service . I needed simple off the shelf window A/C replacement louvers . He wanted me to bring in the air conditioner into the store . Ridiculous. I had pics of the a/c model ,manufacturer and model number. I told him what I needed and could make whatever he had work. He basically threw me out of the store because I did bring the unit in for him to look at. Hes a piece of garbage as a business owner. I owned my own businesses for years and would NEVER treat my customers the way he treated me.

I was looking for a fridge for my garage. Unlike the big box stores Jewell Appliance actually has in stock at the store. Bought for a better price than the big box stores and didnt have to wait or pay for delivery put it in my truck and went on my way. Overall very easy bought and paid for less than 5 minutes. Great experience I would definitely purchase other appliances from this store.

The owner is so disrespectful. Shop else where. He gave me the wrong information and because I told him it was the wrong part he was giving me he told me to go to kmart. Im a business owner and from a business owner go somewhere else other then this pkace. The owner knows nothing about what your looking for.

while the guy there "seems" a little rough around the edges, he was nice and the price even beat online and big box. prompt delivery, delivery guy was courteous and done within his arrival window. Installed the machine in an orderly fashion, without a scratch, then checked level and operation.
