Went in there to buy a washer already had the model picked out so there was no hassle and from online price to the store price was completely different but I needed a washer so I bought it. I asked customer service for help and she was completely rude so the next day I called to cancel the order because I found a cheaper at Sears and they gave me nothing but a hard time and they said I can not cancel my orderI will never go to Home Depot and especially this one

Flooring dept is horrible. Never at their desk. Not informative. Called today to find out status of an order. The rep answered the phone and said he was busy going to the bathroom. People who work at this same dept on the weekend are tough to find and when you ask them questions you get quite a few "I dunno" answers to simple questions.

Had a great experience with the associates in the blinds Dept. ! Go see Kyle awesome guys and very professional. Super helpful with getting your sample swatches ordered and setup the whole install process.
