After a power outage that took down our washing machine, my neighbor recommended Landis. The owner was so helpful over the phone. I learned lots in the first five minutes with him. Then when I bought a machine the saleswoman went over all the various machine options and really took her time. She answered all of the questions that Home Depot didnt know how to answer. Surprisingly, the price was good compared to the big stores. They delivered in 4 days over a holiday weekend. The delivery guys were great. They were careful to put down paper to protect the floor, careful moving the machine, balanced it, tested it, looked for my approval and then explained all aspects of the machine again. What a wonderful experience. I will use them again for sure.

I wish I had actually bought my suite of Bosch appliances from them, I have used them for service now several times. Beth in the office is great in terms of submitting paperwork to Bosch for me and letting me know if what Bosch submits to them will cause me any issues (at one point Bosch told me theyd cover something and mistakenly told NF Landis they wouldnt). The guy who showed up to diagnose my appliances both times was prompt and efficient. If Bosch wont make the necessary repairs I am considering replacing at least one of my appliances and I would absolutely call NF Landis and consider a service contract through them. I would however NEVER buy Bosch again and I suggest anyone reading this review avoid them like the plague.

Several years ago we bought a Bosch oven from NF Landis. After spilling grease between the glass panels in the oven door I decided to clean them. Well in doing so I managed to break the door, this was totally my fault. We took the broken door back to Landis in hopes of getting it repaired. As it turned out they couldnt get the part from Bosch. It has now been 3 months and my oven still doest have a door. Now understandably this is not Landiss fault but the fact is they cant service the products they sell. Being a Bosch distributor I had hoped they could have done something to get us back working again, but 3 months later we still dont have a working oven. Bottom line is we will never buy another Bosch product again.

I just purchased my third appliance from NF Landis. I price-shopped at the box stores prior to getting a recommendation from a local repair person(Skips in Perkasie-amazing also). He gave me the quality washer name to purchase that only Landis in this area carries. In addition to my 100% confidence in this store as to their quality and integrity, and willingness to pay the bit extra to support locally owned businesses, I was wonderfully surprised with winning an additional 25% off the purchase price!! Great place to do business.

If I could give them a negative, I would! I called for repair estimate and spoke with Gail. She was rude. Not only are their charges way out of scope with reality but to have bad customer service only makes it worse. This was my first experience calling them and I would never use them for ANYTHING - service or new purchases. I called Appliance Master and not only are their charges reasonable, but they actually have employees who provide great customer service. I will NEVER use or refer NF Landis & Son.

I just had the most wonderful experience at N.F. Landis & Son Inc.! Our old stove broke. Like really broke. We went into N.F. Landis with a VERY strict budget. We walked out less than 30 minutes later extremely happy and now very loyal customers! We could not spend the money on something brand new and it turns out they have USED appliances! Theyre like new, but gently used, and the one we chose was in our price range! They were awesome, and I would totally recommend them again and again!

These guys have amazing customer service. We purchased a fridge off of them that has had problems with the ice maker. They have been out multiple times and replaced it - no cost to us. The tech that has come over has been incredibly sociable and professional, and even acknowledged my toddler. You dont get that with the giants in the industry.

We bought out dishwasher here first. We later purchased a deep freezer, and most recently a washer and dryer. We wouldnt go any where else for our appliances. They are friendly, very helpful, and honest. Good products at a very reasonable price. The delivery and service guys are always very profesional.
