Why are buying Appliances from Hardware Stores?. C. K Seidman is a family owned Appliance Store and has operated business for over 60 years in Delaware County, PA. They have the largest showroom in the area, my order was delivered in just 3 days.Their Delivery Drivers are there employees for combined 25 years experience, not hired day to day or outsourced.You wont find installers like this anywhere. I have shopped there and have shared my experiences with all of my friends. You are unable to stump Steve on any question on any appliance. It truly is a family atmosphere where you smile when you leave. Before you head for that great price in those hardware stores, Let C.K. Seidman be the only destination for excellence in customer service, delivery when you want and best prices. As I did, become on of their family

We purchased a new refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom a year and a half ago. Along with the factory warranty we added an extended warranty. Unfortunately so many things went wrong with this item we were thankful we had an extended warranty, not that easy. CK Seidmans went above and beyond to assist us in working with the warranty company. If it had not been for their help I am not sure the situation would have been rectified. CK Seidmans not only sells appliances but supports their customers. For that reason we recommend them for all your appliance needs. A long time family business, delivery people were very professional and courteous too. They are staying on our go to list.

a bunch of rip off artists only after calling many times with no answer on delivery of product i had to stop out in person to sales desk to get info, it was only when the sales man walked away i noticed a note in the order form that read if the son calls about the order tell him nothing it was all clear that the business was a crooked as a cork screw.stay away far away form this place
