Elliot Hernandez is a sneaky SOB. He requires a deposit which is no biggie but then he spends your money and if you dont like the work or he didnt order your parts then you have to wait and wait to get your money back. He doesnt have money to pay his employees, joy rides in customers cars and spends every dollar a customer gives him and doesnt even order their parts. He is a con artist. He will do anything and everything to get you to pay upfront so he has money to throw around on other things. I know first hand. He owes alot of people alot of money and he is sinking fast. Dont do business with him. Its not worth it
