I will never buy another appliance at Home Depot or Best Buy. What incredible customer service. . They are prompt, knowledgeable, competent, and fairly priced. The owner Joe loves what he does and has the best costumer service I have ever experienced. I keep telling my friends about good old fashion customer service. I had a 3 year old dryer from Home Depot I called them to repair dryer. . Home Depot no longer had that dryer and couldnt help me. Joe was the sixth repair man I called. Wow there was no comparison to the others.He came took the dryer repaired it and his men brought it back the next day. . He has saved me thousands of dollars. .I am a loyal customer!!

Terrible services. Order a air conditioner last Friday. My brother was told that it would be in on Tuesday so we can pick it up. Tuesday comes rolling around he got a call and they told him sorry that it would not be in until Friday. Friday rolls around no call or anything. My brother decided to give them a call on Saturday morning to ask them if it is in yet. The sale person on the phone said they do not delivery on weekends so it would not be in until Monday. I have no idea what kind of business they are running but it is terrible service.

Great Locally Owned Company for your appliances! Just received my LG Dishwasher and love, love love it. I shopped around a lot - even considered some company in d... But when comparing apples to apples - Delaware Valley Appliances wins out. Locally Owned and creates jobs in delaware county, pa - Price, Product Rebate and Delivery beat the competitors (on-line and big box) hands down. Thanks Joe Edwards!

Needed a new dishwasher and drove off with one in less than 20 minutes of being there. Got a really good deal and new pushy sales pitch. Just got what I needed at a good price compared to Home Depot and Lowes.
