I have been in the process to get a door installed from home depot. It is on week 10 and still no door. They are completely unhelpful and I must have been on the phone for over an hour collectively to figure out logistics. On top of that my actually door has fallen off multiple times. I mean I actually need a door and its getting to be absurd that they still have not installed one. Never get anything installed through home depot.

Ill never buy a custom door here again. I let them measure because its "guaranteed", and they built it in the configurator. Then when I got it, it didnt fit. They wouldnt make good on it and wanted to charge me a re-stock fee... on a custom door. I ended up dismantling the French door, and planed them down, and re-did the frame so it fit. The only reason I go here is because its close.

The store sells some quality products. Occasionally, the staff is helpful. However, the selection of lawn and garden materials is poor. The store also wont accept your promotional 10% coupons after they expire - The competition does..Thus, I recommend saving those coupons and using them at the competition if you cant get the help you need or find what youre looking for here.

If I could give zero stars I would. Awful customer service skills. Needed lumber on a shelf that needed to be brought down by a forklift. Took 25 minutes for an employee to even respond to help us out. In the process proceeded to assist another customer instead of us while we were clearly waiting to be assisted. Definitely switching to Lowes.

Will not honor my husky tools . Left my tools right there broken ,since they played the let me get the manager wait. No maybe if i was a white person. Thank you for the unfair treatment. Its all good will address these individuals to a higher up . Good job hiring non-helpful employees that dont know anything about satisfing the customer.

I was interested in a 5 piece cordless tool set.It was missing a few things,so it was in the reduced price area, But no price tag.NOBODY COULD TELL ME THE PRICE,was told to check in tomorrow,so I did, SAME ANSWER.Stopped in the following day THEY SOLD IT! This company is a joke. I had a instant hot water heater fail months after buying it from them. So I go online to write a review of the product and Home Depot rejected my review because they only allow good reviews of products on their website. Lol Isnt the point of reviews to be "real reviews" not scripted corporate nonsense.

Went to Home Depot to pick up an on-line order. The employee at the Service Dept. took care of me right away and called someone to retrieve my order. Once I had the order outside, another employee helped me in loading the order onto my truck. Great service!

My daughter goes to Muhlenberg and I live 3 hours away. Judy at the ProDesk was able to help me select an in-stock window air conditioner and make plans to have it delivered to her dorm. She was a life saver!!! Thank you Home Depot, and thank you Judy!!!
