Seriously , my experience with this store was awful. I purchased a Maytag refrigerator in Jan. 2017 . The appliance quit working 8 weeks later. The store refused to replace it because it was after 30 days of purchase. Sears in general has been horrible to work with for service and to this date July 2017 I still do not have a refrigerator that works. So much for the $300. additional dollars spent for the service agreement. It has been a NIGHTMARE...be warned buying anything from this company!

Excellent customer service and great prices. Price we $30 cheaper than Sears online and $80 cheaper than the bigger Sears store at the mall on the exact same item!! Wow....we will be back.
