We recently purchased our kitchen appliances from the Hometown Brand Center in Bangor, Pa. From Tiffany the sales professional, to Jim the installer, to Faust the proprietor our experience was excellent. We made two trips to the store. After listening to what appliances we had and our idea of what we wanted, Tiffany showed us appliances she thought might interest us and she showed them with a wealth of product knowledge, features, and performance reviews that made our selection process very manageable. The height of many new refrigerators limited our selection of models due to the height of our existing cabinet over the refrigerator. Sensing we wanted a refrigerator that was not sized for our opening, Faust the proprietor offered to come to our house to measure the height of the opening and to offer solutions to deal with that cabinet. He suggested that a trim of the cabinet was very doable and with that the refrigerator we wanted would surely fit. Faust was correct and we were able to purchase the refrigerator we wanted. On installation day Jim arrived as scheduled and masterfully and neatly installed the four appliances. He then gave us a great tutorial on how to use each appliance and how to care for them. He is very good at what he does. In short I highly recommend Hometown Brand Center as the entire staff is professional, very knowledgeable, and customer-service oriented. They truly like what they do and what they do, they do very well. We love our new appliances. By the way, the prices were very good as well.

My husband and I decided about a year ago to remodel our kitchen. The first stop on our long journey was to Hometown Appliances. Hometown is where his parents had purchased their appliances for the last 25 years, so it was an obvious choice. Tiffany is who we encountered when we first arrived at the store. She was friendly, helpful and very informative on the appliances we were interested in. When we were ready to make our purchase, close to a 9 months later, we walked back into Hometown and again, we were met by Tiffany who remembered dealing with us months earlier. She told us about some changes to the appliances we were interested in, stated that the appliances could be held until our kitchen was completed. She was so friendly and helpful that we wouldnt go anywhere different for our appliances. Her friendliness, customer service and attention to detail made our experience at Hometown award winning.

"Loved it" is an under statement ! What a wonderful place to shop for appliances, We purchased a front loader washer and dryer . We went to Lowes and were awaiting the 10 day washer and dryer delivery.. We decided to stop in at the new appliance store , Hometown in Brodheadsville, and purchased the same units for $650 less for both with the rebates ..and the ones from Lowes were on sale as well..We came home and called lowes to see if they could match the price.. Customer service said ...NEVER...you have got a great buy..So we cancelled the Lowes purchase.. We were so happy with the sales person, Joe... We bought it one day and it was delivered the following day - Installed and other units removed-- Just a wonderful experience....Savings Efficiencey, Great Sales person Joe... customer service great.. Yup we are a happy shopper at Hometown Appliance In Brodhedsville Pa.!! L & C

Everyone was very helpful. We were proud to give our business to a local business instead of a large chain. They even gave us a small refrigerator until our new one was to be delivered. You dont get that kind of service from a large chain. The only reason that we cant give them five stars is that the on sight inventory was a bit smaller because it was a local business. That cant really be helped. We did get to see many options online, however.

Hometown Brand Center is our go-to place for appliances. When we discovered 15 minutes before closing that our freezer was not working , they delivered a new one that same night. When our dishwasher needed servicing, they serviced it even though we didnt know where it had originally been purchased, because we have been loyal customers for many years. They are the first place we go when we need any appliances.

Went to the store in Brodheadsville. They spent plenty of time with my husband and I (even stayed with us after their closing hours). Found much better quality appliances for a better price, than the chain stores. We are extremely happy with our wash machine and dryer purchases. Will definitely return for parts, repairs and other appliances. Keep up the great personal service!

Hometown Brand Center is a stellar business!!! I refuse to go anywhere else. The staff and deliver service and even their repair crew have set such a high bar that Lowes, Home Depot and even Sears cannot compete with them!! Love, Love this company! We have used Hometown Brand Center on several occasions, both for appliance sales and service. Everyone has always been very courteous and professional. I find their prices to be comparable to all of the big box stores. I will continue to go there for my appliance needs.

2 +years ago I bought a front loader GE washer and dryer at Hometown Brands. I should have made them take it back a week after I got it. It walks across the floor so bad when it spins my dogs bark at it. I kid u not.
