We found Palisade Furniture when my wife and I originally purchased our house. We shopped around for new furniture at some of the bigger named places and had a good idea of what we wanted. A family member told us about Palisades and we stopped in. We were originally just going to order a dining room set at first but ended up ordering furniture for our living room and dinning room plus a few other odd pieces because prices were that good. And we got the same exact furniture we originally wanted. Over the past few years we ordered a living room table and additional chairs for our dining room set that we had purchased a few years earlier. I mention this because the manufacturer had stopped using the fabric and Mike, one of the owners personally tracked down four seat cushions giving me the two I need to make the new chairs match and two for reserves, which I store in case anything happens to one of the covers. Now four years later and we just ordered a complete bedroom set for literally thousands less than I’ve seen looking around. To be honest, we wouldn’t have been able to afford the same set from anywhere else. Again, same brand and line. On top of that they had actually given me a piece of furniture right off the showroom to take home so I could see how it would look in the bedroom just to make sure we liked it. Now it’s safe to say with the exception of three family heirlooms and my home office, every piece of furniture in my home including mattress was purchased from Palisade. Everything so far has arrived in perfect shape. Thank you Palisade! See you soon for my home office.

We have had great experiences with everyone at Palisades Furniture. We were looking for a mattress/boxspring combo and, after finally making a decision, it was delivered as promised and we love it! We visited the store many times because we were so indecisive about everything. Mike was helpful, engaging and patient each time and never pressured us to buy. When we finally did, he suggested a split boxspring (which we didnt know existed but now understand was the only way to make it work) to help get it up a narrow staircase in a small house; he then went out of his way to make sure things went well during the delivery process. We just returned to buy a sofa and Jeanette was equally helpful and easy to work with. Mike is incredibly knowledgeable and stands behind the products he sells--something rare to find these days.He also referred us to a local carpet store where we had great service. We had extremely positive recommendations from friends prior to visiting this store and we now know why!

I purchased a La-Z-Boy recliner from Palisade Furniture. At my first visit there, they told me that they were able to beat the prices offered by La-Z-Boy stores, and they were right. I did my research, and Palisade Furniture had the best price. The whole process went very smoothly. No tricks or gimmicks. I shopped around, figured out exactly what I wanted, told them, and they got it for me at the best price. It was delivered exactly in the timeframe they said it would be. No hassle. And the chair is in perfect condition. I would definitely buy from them again. The key I think for buying furniture, cars, etc. is to be a responsible consumer -- do your research, take your time, and know what you want and at what price.

I was not excited to put together yet another set of Ikea furniture, but I was working on a budget and with a small space- and then Palisade Furniture came into my life and apartment. I bombarded them with questions, they answered each one with endless patience and expertise. I changed my mind on delivery time, they changed their schedules to fit mine. And now my BEAUTIFUL furniture has made my not-so-big apartment feel so spacious, I just bought my dog an extra toy because well, theres space for it! Really, my bed is gorgeous and comfortable, my dresser is stunning and I cant believe how much storage it gives me, and the process of shopping and delivery was the least stressful its ever been.

Palisade Furniture has been the most accommodating company to work with. They were very patient with us, and helped every step of the way. Mike was especially helpful with working out the delivery times, and making sure that we got everything on time for our move in date. We also had a small issue with our sectional a few months later, and when I called him he came to the house right away to take a look and had it fixed within days. I highly recommend this family owned establishment versus going to a chain furniture store. They had a great selection from many companies and they worked within my budget for all the rooms we were furnishing.

We just had another great experience at Palisade Furniture. We had already used them for our sons bedroom and our basement den. We just turned our screened in porch into a family living room and Palisade Furniture came through again. The show room is well organized and easy to navigate. I love that it is not overwhelming. Mike the owner was very helpful but gave us time to shop without pressure. He was able to suggest additional pieces that were not in the showroom and were perfect for what we needed. There was so many choices for fabrics and finishes. I highly recommend Palisade Furniture!!

Palisade Furniture was great helping my mother and I purchase new sofas and love seat. We wanted a sleeper sofa and wanted a lot of choice for color and patterns. Mike directed us to furniture at Rowe which had a lovely selection of sofas, settees and love seats. He was very patient as we belabored over our upholstery choices. We are very pleased with the final products and it was delivered in the 6 - 8 week time frame Mike indicated. An enjoyable experience with second to none service. My wife and i initially bought bunk beds, after serching many of the large chain stores we found exactly what we wanted at Palisades. Since then we have retuned on three different ocassions and purchased king size mattress, sleeper sofa and a lazy boy recliner. The family atmoshphere and serve received at Palisade distinguishes them from all other furiture stores. We tell everyone to at least visit Palisades before you buy.

Mike (and staff) could not be more helpful. The atmosphere at the store is warm and inviting. The prices can not be beat anywhere. They have all the latest styles you would find at the Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, etc., for half the price. I highly recommend Palisades! I could not be happier.
