They have me as a customer for life, amazing service through and through, educated me, worked with me, made me feel comfortable and MOST IMPORTANTLY OF ALL ‘Everything I wanted for my apartment they got it custom made and got all the furniture UNDER MY BUDGET (that has never happened to me to come under my budget…anywhere ever). But here is the KICKER - I had just moved into a new apartment it would have taken 6-8 weeks for the new furniture to be delivered Nino on his own sent me a Sofa, a Love Seat, Few Chairs, A Coffee Table, A Media Table, A Dining Table and a Bed so that I did not have to sleep on the floor and or sit on the floor for NO EXTRA CHARGES till my new furniture arrived. Now that is not only classy and thoughtful but going out of their way to make my life very easy just brilliant service. I am beyond THANKFUL for this kindest gesture. How many furniture shops or sales people will do that for you…seriously? As I was looking to buy the furniture Nino on his Auto Cad laid out my apartment (all the measurements to scale) then he laid out all the furniture on it for me to visualize how my apartment would look as I was investing into a furniture that would stay with me for years. It was like having a personal interior designer at no cost. Then he advised me on all the furniture, kind of wood, leather and upholstery to buy - how and why it should be laid out in a certain way as natural light will flow through the day into my apartment leading to late evenings and as I would entertain guest in my apartment. He and his team treated me really like royalty it was such a wonderful and pleasant experience as I had heard of horror stories from my friends. My taste in furniture is very similar to Restoration Hardware but when it came to cost Nino sourced the products for me at least 40% less than what I would have personally bought straight from Restoration Hardware but I would not have gotten even 10% of the service, time and devotion I got from Nino and his team. I am sincerely thankful for such a fantastic experience. Oh!!! For the new furniture it is here now in my apartment it looks amazing. I love it. I never write reviews but this was such a wonderful experience. Nino thank you for such a fantastic job.

EVERYONE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANYS SCAM THEY LIE TO BUYERS SAYING THEIR FURNITURES ARE FROM ITALY AND OTHER COUNTRIES BUT IN REALITY THEYRE FROM CHINA! THEYRE CHARGING THE PRICE FOR LUXURY EXPENSIVE FURNITURES WHEN THEY WERE MADE FOR SUPER CHEAP IN CHINA. READ THE TAGS ON THE FURNITURE MAKE SURE THE OWNER SIGNS IN PAPER THAT THE FURNITURE IS FROM WHATEVER COUNTRY IT IS SAID TO BE, WORDS ITSELF IS NOT PROOF, YOU NEED DOCUMENTATION SO YOU DONT GET LIED TO AND END UP PAYING A LOT OF MONEY FOR FURNITURES NOT EVEN WORTH HALF OF WHAT THEYRE CHARGING FOR. I PAID OVER $6,500 FOR AN ITALIAN MADE LIVING ROOM SET AND HAD TO WAIT MONTHS TO HAVE IT SHIPPED TO ME BUT INSTEAD PAID FOR CHINA MADE FURNITURES.

All they care about is money in this place. If you have any problem after your purchase they will not stand behind what they sell. The furniture looks great on the surface but I know from first hand experience that the quality is lacking and the finish does not last. What they are good at is being deceptive salesmen. Some of the reviews that I read here were good and thats why I went here. I have to believe that these reviews were done by family members or the staff at the bosses direction, they certainly dont describe the reality of shopping here. I see that several of the reviews are actually duplicates with a different name attached, what a scam ! Buyer beware.

This was one of the largest showrooms Ive seen in new jersey. The selection was beautiful, everything from classic to modern, and you can tell that all the pieces were quality. The salesman Mario was very knowledgeable and helped me make the right selection (at the right price). The delivery was right on time and I never expected the owner to follow up to make sure i was happy with my purchase. Excellent experience.

I purchased furniture from Nino a week ago and the furniture looks amazing! It was a true pleasure dealing with Nino and team. I shipped the furniture from New Jersey to Ottawa Ontario Canada and the furniture arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this firm and I will definitely use them again for my next house!

Really Bad. He uses your money for months before delivering the furniture. In my case he got the money in advance and did not place the actual order for 3 months. Delivered furniture after six months.
