Went in with interest to buy a car at this dealership(Own a Car lot 2). My advice would be to bring someone who knows about cars, or know about the particular car you are planning to buy. They have a fair price on their cars, but with that being said there are things that caught my attention. The car I was interested in had been in an accident before, there was paint over spray on the passenger side fender and the replacement front bumper that had been re-sprayed. There were visible stains in the interior of the car, little miscellaneous items were missing in the interior. The car was a 2015 model that should usually would come with a key fob, but the dealership seemed to only have a basic key for the car(no open/lock mechanism, only key). There were deep scratches on one area of the car and a mismatched hubcap, two other hubcaps were visibly broken in certain places. Tires were mismatched and one in particular had a slash. Inside the engine compartment the ECU had seemed to be rewired with an odd looking device(black box with 3 red LEDs, one on, one blinking, and one steady between the two, to be honest I have never seen this before and do not know if it is a factory option/component). The car did start and seem to run fine, but engine was loud and seem to lack power for such a low mileage car. Steering on the car was off as they did have mismatched tires on the front end. After the test drive I asked the guy "OK, so what is wrong with the car?" The guy said, "you tell me? Wheres the dent? Wheres the problem?" At this point Id been completely OK if he was honest, but with his response I felt there were more problems than expected. I asked for a CarFax which they did have, BUT it did not seem legitimate, seemed to have been cut and pasted. I tried negotiating on price as an option but if they were to fix things they will charge extra. Some things they agreed to repair, but they didnt give a clear answer as to when(MY WORD OF ADVICE: Do not sign any paper work until the work is complete). Overall they were very nice dishonest people who are trying to make a marginal profit on their vehicles. Another thing was they do not work with other financial institutions, they prefer in house financing and are not clear on how they will finance you. You had to have money down, "how much you ask?" "I dont know its up to you," is the response I got. It wasnt a bad experience or bad customer service, it was just one of those feelings where it felt something wasnt right. Hope this helps and best of luck in purchasing a car.

Awesome staff we are so, thankful for their patience and awesomeness help. Especially to my salesman consultant Jose Guzman. It was our first purchase on a vehicle and they were able to work with our payments where we felt comfortable. I really recommend this place and the salesman that helped us. Thanks once again Own a Car and Jose Guzman for all your help. We truly appreciate it!
