i came here back in July i talk to a salesman named Alfredo he was very nice at first i told him i wanted a dodge charger he told me i sale then every week no problem getting those cars in so i told him i wanted to buy a car in September he said let go in and do the application i did . them he looked at my credit and said we can work with no problem . then come September i went in at 11.25 gave him the money he say here are the key take the car on a test drive i did im going to be finshing up some paper so i get back to the store at 11.50 i waited around for 1 hour and then i asked him was every thing okay he yes you got approved... for the loan then he came back and said you need a co-signer?????? i said for what if i got approved then he said and you NEED 2 more thousand down after i handle him 2000.. the first time when i came in he said that all you need but now i need a bigger down payment cuss of my credit i asked my mother in-law to co-sign for me and she did but he said my payment would be 400... after he said if i bring 2000 my payment would be 200 .. so buy that time it was 3:30 so i said know its okay never mind then he said i got a great car for you that i can put you in to day...i said no all i wont is what your car salesman said he can deliver on i seen the car and it was worser than my car i was trading in to them!!!! i said no and told him to give me my down payment he said i have to wait for the owner and he didnt know when he will be back i told him if he didnt give my money that day my sister in christ know the owner and she knows a good lawyer and he recognized that name of the lawyer and gave me my money back but that time it was 5:00 i know i wasnt leaving until i got my money Alfredo and the mangier was screaming at me cuss they said was being to picky FYI if your saving you money for a new car buy the one you WONT dont be bullied buy these car salesmen cause they will say one thing until you get down there and try and make you sign up for a car you really dont wont i will never every go there again in life i hated it and when they gave me hard time when i was trying to get my money and i didnt sign anything RED FLAG NEEEEEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVVVVVVVEEEERRR GO THERE

Do not go there to buy a car. They told me take $2500 by Joseph Marquez for a lexus and then when I get there the Manager Arthur asked for $2800. Joseph said he will fix cigarette lighter and power door locks on driver and passenger but never got around to it. To make matter worse, they give you a battery not even right size for the car. They just want your money. Once they get your money, they will NOT provide after sale customer service. DO NOT GO TO PREMIER AUTO SALES TO BUY YOUR NEXT NEW OR USED CAR!!! AWFUL PLACE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, TELL YOU EMPTY PROMISES AND DO NOT DELIVER ON THEIR WORD!!!

I usually dont take the time to write reviews but I am so happy with my car. I felt the need to express my experience with everyone. I got into an accident and my car was totaled on Sunday got a rental Monday. Tuesday at 7:45pm I came into Premier Auto they close at 8 I believe. Alfredo got me in a car that night he stayed till 11:30pm and made sure I had a car before the rental was up. I really appreciate the time he took from his own personal life to get me into a car as soon as possible. If you want someone to go above and beyond for you this is the car dealership for you.

I went to this auto sale and they were nice and all put do not live up to thier word. I put the down payment and they told me that I would qualify. Then they call me to say that I didnt and that I need a co-signer. I took the co-signer and they said they would tell me one day, then they said another day, and then another day they would tell me. It was annoying. Then finally told me I didnt qualify for the car. So it took forever yet they could not tell me asap. So I took the car back asked for my money. Waste of my time.

Wow amazing dealership!!! No lies no crazy gimics just honest communication. We learned a lot about how the loan process works when you have troubled credit like ours currently. We had a tricky situation and we knew it was slim to none; however, to our surprise Hiram got us approved. Premier worked endlessly to get us approved. We highly recommend coming here for your next car purchase. We will be back for our next car here!!!!

MY EXPERIENCE WAS ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD CREDIT AND THEY HELPED ME DRIVE HOME IN MY NEW CAR THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO HELP ME ..VERY PATIENT KIND AND RESPECTFUL I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO COME HERE ...JUST CAME TODAY 2/25/17 AND OUR DAD DROVE HOME WITH A NEW TRUCK THEY DID A GREAT JOB HELPING HIM ....ONE OF THE BEST PLACES AND I WOULD DEFINITELY COME HERE AGAIN!!!!

Bought a car from them 6 months ago and the brakes already going out. The manager say call back he is going to see what he can do and we have called back twice he is not there he is at lunch. 3 hours hmmm. Avoiding my call. Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Paid way to much for this car for the brakes to go out in 6 months.

Good: They are nice Bad: Got a car that was in an accident Ugly: I didnt know, it wasnt on the carfax. I bought a car here and later found out that it had been in a significant accident. The accident was unreported. Almost impossible to tell unless you are a mechanic. I would say go to a Company dealership or Carmax instead.

I strongly do NOT recommend. my car was a 2013 Malibu and I started have problems with it the 2nd week I had it. On top of that The place is unorganized. I bought my car on 8/17/15, it is now 1/05/16 and these people still havent sent me my tags with registration! Even after saying that that they were mailed out on 12/17/15

The first guy I dealt with was a little pushy and I didnt want to continue. Then Hiram came out, and he was a lot more personable. He helped me it a lot and made everything easy to understand.
