I just moved to Fresno from out of state and had been looking for a car at different dealerships. I was having a difficult time finding someone to really help me out with my particular situation (wont go into specifics) but then I read some reviews about Jonathan at Auto Mall. The reviews were absolutely true; Jonathan is the best. Hes super helpful and did everything he could to make my experience easy and as stress free as possible. Hes really honest and down to earth. Im really glad I ended up purchasing my first car from this place and from Jonathan.

Just purchased a SUV from them and the customer service was amazing. The sales Manager Johnathan was outstanding and knew what he was talking about and was 100% honest with what he was selling me. He made buying my fist car pleasant and stress free. Answered all my questions and also help me find car insurance that I can afford right there so my car had insurance before I drove off. I recommend them to everyone!!! Best experience I have has a a dealership. :)

Bought an acura here 6 months ago been in shop 4 times each time 2 weeks to fix. Now its been there since April 2 and they said they dont know when its getting fixed. Cant get to work because no way to get kids to babysitter. Bought for 11000. Lemons here avoid or go through a long suit like me.

These guys are the most honest, nicest, and responsible guys on the planet earth. The only thing is that these guys are really try to the repair right and complete, so it might takes some time; but it is really worth it.
