Buyer Beware. We purchased a 2004 Passat from this dealer, which had a different name back in October 2016, but the same people work there now. We paid cash, so we got a "discount," however, we have learned that any car that they are trying to get rid of quick may have problems. They said that if anything was wrong with the car that I could bring it back for a 30 day limited warranty. Which I ended up taking it back 3 or 4 times in that 30 days. They showed us a phoney "carfax" which showed it had no accidents, but after driving it, it was clear the passenger side rear corner had been hit before, as the trunk started leaking water, and upon closer inspection, repairs had been made to the bumper section. I took it back to have them check why it was leaking. Got a lame excuse and a "no problem, we take care of it," but it continued to leak throughout the winter, until I had to shell out more money to replace to whole taillight section. The brakes were also making a strange noise within the first 3 weeks, but they said they had the brakes replaced, and they were just getting worn in. After the fact, I took it to another mechanic to find that the rear brakes were worn down to the rotors, and had to pay to replace them. I informed this dealer about the cost of replacing the brakes, after the fact, and they said "the guy we take it to, he likes money, so when he looked at it, if he thought it needed replaced, we would have done it." Explain to me then why they were grinding the rotors so quickly. A check engine light came on within the first two weeks, and when I took it to them, they said that a exhaust valve had fallen off and they replaced it. After the first 30 day warranty, I stopped taking it to them, because I stopped trusting them. Since then, the engine light would go off frequently for various reasons. We got a real lemon folks. Spent an additional $3700 in repairs since we bought in October. Also, we had to go back and ask them on three occasions why we still didnt have the tags and title by January. They finally got that together and to us by February. Just in time to find out that ABC30 did a special report on Shah Tork and this dealerships struggles with being honest dealers.

I called to ask about price on a couple of their vehicles that I saw on their website because they dont list the price. A man answered and I asked about the first one. He hurried me off the phone by saying it was sold and hung up before I could even ask about the second one. Firstly, list your price on your website, it seems to me that you want to fluctuate price based on if you think you can sucker someone into paying more. Secondly, if youre going to not list the price dont make it seem like Im inconveniencing you when I call on it. Your website tells me to call.... Customer service these days is lacking. Glad I didnt buy a car and have to deal with this after a purchase.

They are family owned and operated, which is a big plus in my book. Ill be coming back to them again when I have another chunk of change to spend on a newer car.

The father and son team at A&M Auto were amazing with getting us the perfect car for the perfect price. We were not hustled into getting anything above budget or that we didnt want.
