I have to follow up with my wifes review. This dealership needs to take responsibility for the poor cars that they sell. Including the one that we purchased from them. I have spent hours upon hours and days upon days trying to fix the car that she purchased from them. As soon as I fix one problem, another pops up. The latest problem is a misfiring cylinder. I started with the small stuff first, new spark plugs, clean the coil packs, etc. Nothing. I then buy new coil packs all together as that seems to be the general consensus on how to fix that particular issue. I put them in, still nothing. I am stuck at this point. It already has an AC compressor that is out which is well over a $1000 fix. Now I have to fix misfiring cylinders, replace TPMS sensors(that were never installed by the dealer even though they swore up and down that they did), an AC Compressor, a trunk that wont open, etc. This is incredibly frustrating. My wife has called the dealer multiple times and they first started by acknowledging the issue, but they wouldnt fix it. The more she calls the less they answer. Now they are at the point where they ignore our calls and brush us off as if we didnt hand them $13K for this car. Please, if you are genuinely invested in purchasing a car that actually functions, I would steer clear of Affordable Auto Sales at all costs. I would bet that they dont even respond to this review because they are to scared to own up to their shady behavior. Oh and on top of all of that, we bought the warranty and they say that all of our issues arent covered under the warranty which they told us at the time of purchase that it would. Read my wifes review here: "This car dealership doesnt even deserve 1 star. Do not go here!! The day that I bought my car, the check engine light came on, so I took it back for them to fix. The next day, a thermostat light came on, I took it back, and they "fixed" it. Then, the air pressure light came on, and when I called them, they told me it was just a light that the dealership had to turn off, but was something that was already fixed. Wrong! The pressure sensors are missing. I cant prove it, but it seems that they just "mask" the problems to get you off the lot and then dont do anything to take care of you after that. Since then, I have had nothing but problems with this car. AC compressor went out (something I was under the impression would be fixed under warranty, but no!). I would continue to call with problems on the car, and my calls started to get ignored or answered with a "I cant help you". Now I have a car that I overpaid for (partially my fault for not doing more research) and isnt even safe enough to drive with my child in it. I am beyond upset with this dealership and all forever steer people away from them."

Im not sad to say my very first experience buying a car was with affordable. Because 1. The Customer service Id say before and during our transaction was A+. We got great vibes from them. Seemed like good enough people. Were willing and able to fit and work with our budget. Dan was doing everything and I mean everything to us in the end getting a very good deal on a car we thought was top notch. Well they do sell the vehicles as is no warranty. But no more than a month after we have the car we start having problems. My wife took the car back to them and they said they "worked" on it and fixed the problem. Then later that same week the car starts smoking. Long story short we took it back to them but was informed that because it had been 30 days that we had the car they really werent obligated to do anything. I guess I was just disappointed it being my first car and all. I thought they would help me get into a different one or something. But no. The car broke down. Got towed from my apartment, and now Im paying 267 for the next 15 months for a car I dont even have... im not one to bash people. And this is just one example. Well 2 if you count that my best friend and his wife who I sent to them as well have been having problems as well. But hey who knows I really hope your experience is different

This is in response of Henry Rojas review of Affordable Auto Sales. We have tried to contact Mr. Rojas with no success for the past 2 months. First of all, Mr. Rojas has never contacted Affordable Auto Sales regarding the condition of his vehicle after the sale. He never asked for any assistance, or if anything was ever covered on his vehicles warranty. Secondly, as a automotive dealership, we strive on customer service, and making sure we sell the best quality cars and trucks at competitive prices to the general public. We however, are not able to determine when and if something will go wrong with a vehicle AFTER we sell it to a customer. Judging from Mr. Rojas comments, and subsequent other reviews he has left for another dealership, if something does not go the way he wants, he just lashes out in the form of online reviews. As the Internet Director of Affordable Auto Sales, I encourage every customer to let us know there concerns, and if they have purchased a vehicle from us, to communicate to us after the sale, as we try to do as well. This generally avoids these types of issues from arising in the future. That being said, I welcome you to come and see for yourself, a car buying experience like no other, here at Affordable Auto Sales. :)

well I just bought an 05 BMW from this lot last night. The whole process was great. The sales agent and finance manager both treated me very well and seemed to genuinely care. Now comes the bad news. I get home and start doing some research on this BMW and I find it on several websites (craigslist, edmunds cars for sale, Affordables website) a price for the same exact car same VIN and all advertised for $1300 less than what they sold me the car for. Now I asked the sales agent what was the asking price why did he give me the 1300 more price rather than the advertised price? Well since this just happened last night I am going to give Affordable autos the benefit of the doubt and the ability to make it right when I see them this evening. Wish me luck. I will update my review accordingly.

I bought a truck here and short after the check engine light came on, power steering was going out and the whole front end had to have all new ball joints put in. My fault to for not being a little smarter about it but just beware and know what youre looking at. My oil check stick was two welded together, the ac didnt work from day 1 and I asked for a car fax and never recived one later to find out, my truck had been wrecked and had 17 car fax inquires. I am buying a new vehicle as I sold the truck and I will not be returning or reffering anyone. Good luck, hope this helps!
