ANYONE WHO HAS HAD ISSUE WITH THESE GUYS NEEDS TO FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE DMV COMPLIANCE DEPT, CONSUMER AFFAIRS, AND THE BBB...THIS IS THE ONLY WAY CROOKED GUYS LIKE THIS WILL BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!! THEY ARE CROOKED AND WILL SELL YOU A CAR/TRUCK THAT NEEDS LOTS WORK!! WE CALLED THEM WITHIN A WEEK OF BUYING FROM THEM TO TELL THEM THAT WE WERE HAVING ISSUES WITH THE TRUCK WE BOUGHT AND WE HAVE BEEN GETTING THE RUN AROUND FOR A MONTH NOW. NOW THE VEHICLE IS IN THE SHOP AND NOT DRIVABLE UNLESS WE SHELL OUT $3500. THEY ARE NOW SAYING THAT THEY DONT CARE ABOUT NV LAWS PROTECTING PEOPLE WHO BUY USED CARS AND THAT THEY DONT CARE IF WE NOTIFY THE DMV OR BBB... AND THEY LITERALLY HUNG UP ON MY HUSBAND… Months later I am just now doing our taxes and was looking at our paperwork to see how much sales tax to write off…THESE GUYS ARE BIGGER CROOKS THAN I EVEN THOUGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE! THEY TOLD US THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE US $4K FOR OUR TRADE IN…AND THEN THEY DID THE LITTLE SONG AND DANCE ABOUT HOW THEY HAD COME DOWN SO MUCH ON THE TRUCK THAT WE WANTED TO BUY THAT THEY WERENT GOING TO MAKE MUCH MONEY… WELL…LOOKY LOOKY…I JUST FOUND HOW THEY MADE IT UP TO THEMSELVES…THEY CHANGED OUR TRADE IN AMOUNT FROM $4000 TO $2800…THEY NEVER SAID A WORD ABOUT IT…WE DIDNT THINK TO CHECK EVERY LITTLE DETAIL ON THE SALES CONTRACT AND JUST SIGNED IT… OUR BAD I GUESS FOR THINKING THERE WERE HONEST USED CAR SALESMAN OUT THERE… DO NOT BUY FROM THESE JERKS! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY IN THEIR POCKETS AND THEY WILL PULL WHATEVER TRICKS THEY NEED TO IN ORDER TO SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! I AM SO CLOSE TO STANDING IN FRONT OF THEIR LOT WITH A SIGN TO LET THE GENERAL PUBLIC KNOW WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS THESE GUYS ARE…THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS ANYMORE!

The owner of street dreams craig Conners knows my wife from the airport. My wife ane i have both bought cars from him in the past.we haggled to a fair deal. We were happy we spent over 65k that weekend. It was time for my wife to upgrade. He always tells her he will give a great deal so this weekend she goes there to buy a 11 year old Tahoe.I couldnt go with because of my health. The tahoe is fully loaded low mileage very clean. I priced it out with every option possible. Absolute hi dealer retail is 24k. Craig put his guy Mike on her. Mike literally bent her over with a 30k price before her trade in. After the trade in the price came back down to 23k. Do the math her trade in equals a big fat 0000.00. I gave her come back offer in writing when she went there of 24k befor the trade in .He pushed it back at her and told i didnt know what I was talking about. YOU TALK ABOUT TAKING ADVANTAGE of a woman. Mike would screw his own mother. Typical used car crooked SOBS. I will be filing a complaint with the DMV

These people are so crooked and have no remorse. We bought our vehicle from there back in April. Our car ran for three weeks and the transmission went out. The TRANSMISSION and had it quoted at $5000 to rebuild! We contacted them about the problems that we were having with the vehicle and they gave us the run around. They will just sell vehicles knowing they have major issues, I mean who doesnt run diagnostics? Please do not buy because you dont know what you are buying. Sweet Dreams Auto Sales is really just that, too good to be true. We just now ended up having to sell our BMW for a meesly $3000. When we took it to the shop and they plugged it in, the transmission was only one of the things going out on it. Please do not be stuck with a lemon like we did, I do not wish this on anybody. What they do should be illegal.

My son went last weekend and bought a truck from Street Dreams and they went above and beyond to help him out with financing and interest rates. He bought the truck left the lot and was very pleased. A couple days later the financing man from the lot called my son and gave him a better interest rate with a lower payment. He did not have to do this. I thought it was very honest of him. Most places I feel would not of went to the trouble to do this. I highly recommend them for all your car buying needs. The salesman named Jerry was the gentleman that actually helped my son and he was great! Thank you very much Street Dreams for taking good care of my son!

Alan and Mike definitely made my first car buying experience a good one, I had multiple angry and insulting encounters with other dealerships and the guys here were very lighthearted and made it a lot of fun, they did everything they could to make sure they got us into the vehicle we wanted at a payment that workerd for us. When we finally came to an agreement they stayed longer for me at the dealership when Im sure they wanted to go home and waited for me to drive a long distance to sign the paperwork. My fiancé is very happy and that makes me very happy, as soon as we pay off her car Ill be going back to get a new truck! Thanks guys!

I absolutely recommend this place 100%!!! I bought a truck from Russ and the process was seamless and very easy . After I had taken delivery of the truck and installed gauges on it, we found the truck had a lot of underlying issues that nobody was aware of prior to the purchase. Instead of telling me to get lost, Russ Mike and Walt were all huge helps and getting my truck all squared away to make sure I was happy with it. Its not very often that you can recommend used car dealer haha but these guys are a real stand-up crew that will get you taken care of at a reasonable price. Thanks again fellas!

Years ago I bought a 2008 subaru impreza, the next week I was having issues so I took it to a friend of mine at subaru in carson. They sold it to me with warped rotars, I barely had any brakes, and I had to buy new tires along with some other things. I will never buy from this lot again. A few years after I bought my car a friend went there and his new truck broke down up the street after driving off of the lot. Street dreams took no responsibility and didnt help with repairs other than recommending a shop. Horrible people and service.

I bought a ford f350 from them. They stated there was no wreck damage. Lie #1 showed me a autocheck well part of one there is a wreck a two car collision in Portola Ca on8/10/2005 so lie #2 or is this fraud? So there are non standard parts used in the repair ford hubs are gone warren hubs are installed instead. Delt honestly with these folks, Paid cash stuch with a crappy wrecked vechicle Nice people to talk to but crocked as a cork screw

Street Dreams Auto Sales sold me a truck that had broke down two weeks later. They said they would help pay if the bill was large (it was) and when I brought the bill they said they wouldnt do anything because they didnt make much of a profit. The prices of their vehicles are ridiculously high and customer service is poor. Very bad experience for me and all others I personally know that have felt with them have also had bad experiences.
